评价： I'm disappointed to be writing a review about this place as it has good potential. Good things - Very friendly and helpful hosts lovely pool free bicycles well located for old town (if you don't mind a 40-minute walk /15-minute cycle).

Room for improvement - breakfast (cold coffee, when advised was re-heated in the microwave (and still cold), and despite ordering by the deadline of the evening before, we were advised in the morning that our order was unavailable laundry item washed had bleach stains when returned (we made the hosts aware and initially were told the item was like that before, and later that they had not washed the item) spa - they use external people and was not great (2/10), and whilst I asked for a neck, back shoulder massage, received a full body lots of building work going on nearby and noise/vibration starts early in the morning.

评价： Travelling with a 6 month baby, we wanted to find a place close to old town and not far away from the sea. Ylang Garden Villa was a perfect match!

You can enjoy a stunning view to a river from the pool in the garden. It's peacful and quiet yet close to a local market where you can find loads of seafood, fruits and vegetables. The rooms were in top shape and all the amenities provided were actually there and in good condition. Also, the rooms and the entire hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained throughout our stay.

Dang, Hanh and Nhan made us feel very welcome. They bring the service culture from working top hotels in Hoi An. Having now started their own butique hotel, they offer high quality service and a truly geniuine local experience. We wanted to avoid tourist traps and enjoy Vietnamese culture and food. They helped us navigate the best of Hoi An's cuisine by preparing us breakfast that locals enjoy and giving dinner recommendations where they take out their friends.

评价： Ylang garden villa was simply amazing!Great location about ten mins cycle away from the busy ancient town, picturesque views and very friendly staff. We booked a river view room overlooking the pool which was lovely to wake up to. Pool and sunbathing area very nice for chilling out. Hotel arranged our pickup from Da Nang airport which was great. Bicycles are free to borrow, making getting to the beach and the ancient town very easy. Breakfast included - would recommend the delicious banana pancakes!
Would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a nice quiet stay just outside of ancient town :)

评价： This hotel is located about 2KM outside the ancient town. But they offer free bicycles to ride which makes it convenient enough for me. The room is simple, big and clean with a small swimming pool outside of the window facing the local river. I really enjoyed my stay here. Will recommend it to my friends!!!

Its a bit out of town, with not much around so heading into Hoi An for dinner is a good idea

评价： We got a room on the ground floor with view on the swimming pool ,where also the breakfast was served. Nice big room,the room was still new but suffering from a smell, related to a humidity problem. After a few days it was better, I think thanks to the use of the aircon,what dries up the room.
The staff was friendly,but mostly only the one at reception could speak English . Breakfast was good.

评价： We had a comfortable stay with a nice and relaxing view from the room at Ylang Villa. It is located slightly out of town but away from the hustle and bustle of the commercialized center with a serene view and tranquil location, accessible via cab ride around 15 mins to town.
The room itself was wonderful, clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge, just a point to note the shower pressure is not as great and might flood after continuous usage.

Special mention to one of their staff - Vi, whom we wish to give due credit for her impressive dedication and helpful spirit in facilitating our entire stay. She gave good and honest recommendations and settled adhoc bookings at our request. She went the extra mile to pass us her number so we could iMessage her if we required further assistance. It proved to be crucial as we checked out forgetting our passports still deposited at the counter. We contacted her afterwards at our next city and she have arranged for a courier service and ensured smooth delivery and assured us by keeping us updated throughout the whole time. We managed to retrieve our passports without further worries. She has also sent a small gift in apology though we share fault on our part too due to our absent mindedness, nonetheless, we were touched by her sincere efforts rendered to ensure the guests had a comfortable and homely stay.

We would recommend Ylang Villa for not only the comfort, the good for value accommodation but also the warm experience and enjoyment we have received from our stay here.

评价： We stayed one night a Ylang. The location is right along the river, outside of the ancient town. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious a la carte menu that is served outside by the pool/garden area. There are bikes for use to take to town. We did find it was a bit of a far walk to town, about 20-25 mins, but was much quieter then any of the places we stayed directly near ancient town. About a $3 usd can ride from ancient town to Ylang. This place would be great for couple, families, or anyone wishing to have a more peaceful stay just outside of ancient town.
