评价： 2 star hotel, the room quite large even they write as 12m but it's enough to store your baggages, tv channel only Indonesia channel, breakfast menu only have 4 choices and you can choose it upon your check-in, but taste is good, they can prepare it as a take away breakfast. I stayed at Superior Queen room, the room is near elevator, i think the sound proof quite good because i barely heard sounds from outside. Their location is top, near Sarinah by walking around 10-15 minutes. Their staffs also good, but for night response on WhatsApp needs to be improved. Oh, the cleanliness, i found spiderweb in the room, and the linen has a hole, also the AC is leaking, i woke up in the middle of the night, startled of the water drops 😂. Need to improve some parts, right now they also have renovation and even it's Sunday they still have renovation works
优点： Had a lovely stay..very nice staffs and also very clean room...hot water,clean sheets..everything was perfect....got a special treat with a note and some snacks with a decorated room..thanks yellow bee will definitely come back!!

缺点： but i get a non smoking room with air-conditioning not very good. It takes a long time to cool the room. This matter i've informed the front desk n request to change but unfortunately no follow up has been done.

优点： All staff service was very good, very helpful. Breakfast menu is also okay
缺点： Quite unfortunate during my stay, the air-conditioning does not work properly whilst the room is a closed-non window room. Staff was helpful though

优点： Small but nice room
缺点： Ac did not work properly and we would wake up drained from sweat

缺点： The bed is big but room space is too small and even if there’s housekeeping everyday, there are still webs on the walls. Window couldn’t be locked and the people from the other rooms were smoking, I don’t understand why they allow that to a hotel
