评价： This is one of the best accommodation I have ever been so good everything is well maintained. Breakfast bar amazing staff are very nice people unhelpful very cheap
优点： Super friendly staff, nice food, and confortable room
缺点： Would be great to have warm water in the pool during winter season since the pool is really cold
评价： This is one of the best Hotel I have ever stayed in Vietnam very cheap affordable clean food is yummy breakfast amazing if I could give it more than five star I would thank you so much. Everyone stuff are amazing and helpful.
优点： Breakfast included in room rate was amazing. A lot of choices both Western and Asian food. Great coffee choices. Staff amazing.
缺点： Occasionally I caught junior service staff in restaurant coughing or sneezing into their hands. Prices and value at Beach Club very expensive. 2 BR Villa all of the rooms disconnected vs one place which was a bit weird.
评价： Everything great however water pressure for shower a bit light. 10 minute taxi ride to Hoi an old town and 30 minutes to Danang airport. Comfortable, clean, good in-house dining and friendly helpful staff.
优点： Good property, great breakfast and the kids club is a real help. The concierge are excellent for helping with bookings and ideas.
缺点： Bar service at the pool could be a little slow
评价： We stayed at for 4 nights in December 2024. This is not a 5 resort., instead it should be a 3 star. The buffet breakfast lacked variety and the food quality is below average. Although the hotel is newly built and opened at beginning of 2024, it looked tired and felt outdated. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, it was tiny and had no tv in the living room. The noises from the early construction in the building next door made it impossible for a sleep in so we had to pay extra for a villa upgrade. It was far from hoi an central and there is nothing around the area. The only positive was the staff. They were were all very friendly and attentive, always polite and willing to help.

评价： Brand new hotel. We stayed in two bedrooms hotel room, room was spacious with balcony. Great view! Staff were friendly and willing to help.
优点： All the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would like to highlight the attentive service provided by Lily. Lily took the initiative to contact us before checking in and entertained us in every possible way. Everything we can think of and what we can't think of, she always found ways to serve and solve it. I felt the meticulous service throughout the whole trip. Although the problem of insufficient hot water in the bathtub was troublesome, it did not affect my high evaluation of the hotel.
评价： Spent 5 nights in this beautiful resort in Cam An in Hanoi. All service staff Thuy, Lily, Hue, Hoan, and Tien are very friendly, attentive and they deserve the recognition they can get. They made sure our stay is comfortable. They also give us some recommendations on food and attractions. This holiday was really fun and we hope to be back to enjoy the pool and the beach side as this time of the year is quite chilly weather to swim. Thank you again for making our Christmas holiday fun and complete.

We were 2 families each had a 2 bedroom villa . 5 nights
The decor was beautiful.
Such shame couldn’t use pools as they were freezing . The restaurant on the beach in front of our villas didn’t serve breakfast . That would have been great as far as the rain and walking a long way to get to main area was awful ,especially when it’s chucking it down .
Villa kitchen had no appliances/cutlery etc …some basics 2 wine glasses 2 cups …so basically why have a kitchen.
So we thought it was extremely overpriced for what you got .
Layout villa isn’t planned out well at all . Especially for kids .
It rained for our entire stay , which was unfortunate and didn’t help our stay enjoyable.
But we had leaks through our entire villa . So slippery as tiles on stairs and walkways between rooms and whole kitchen lounge area . We had to ask for slip Mat and we put towels on floor so no injuries.

The 2 room suites perfect for families
优点： New clean and tidy rooms. Very nice resort in global. Great staff, especially Lily, who is very helpful and always on service. Breakfas is extraordinary.
缺点： Expensive laundry service but you can outsource to other laundries in city.
评价： This is seriously the best hotel in Hoi An. The hospitality is A+. Everyone is sweet and they’re very kind to their guests. If you’re wanting a place that treats you well and can speak many languages. I fully recommend. 호이안에서 본 가장 좋은 호텔이었습니다. I’d like to thank Hoan, Thuy, Tien, Phu, Nghia and Hien. They were wonderful!

Thought I was in wrong hotel. As reception are is so underwhelming. There is construction work going on so that will change . There is some noise from the building work

缺点： I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this time I will, because it is my responsibility for other customers. Our experience was absolutely disappointing, and we left earlier than planned to a 1 million times better hotel that was an actual 5 star. The property rating here is very misleading, it doesn't deserve 8.9 rating. Main issues: ongoing construction & construction noise, bad service from poorly trained staff (most of them looked frightened and were speaking bad English, my husband and I had to repeat same simple sentences over and over again for them to understand it), not great facilities, chaotic breakfast experience with poor food choices, not a 5 star level at all! I complained and the management refused to provide any refund even though I was suggesting to pay for 1 night without checking into any of the rooms and leave with peace. They just kept repeating that I booked a non-refundable option and offered an upgrade to a pool villa. The design of the villa I must say was very nice and modern, the bed was comfortable. However, many things were off in that villa. As I said, not a 5 star level at all, many things were missing in the bathroom (e.g. no rubbish bin, no hooks for the towels, not enough towels, etc. as if the hotel was not properly handed over and not managed). At some point, the toilet stopped flushing, and when we called the reception, the response was "oh yes, there is an issue with the toilet in that room". which means they gave an upgrade to a villa where there were already some issues with the toilet! They fixed it, but at that point we were already so fed up with all the things that went wrong and no energy to complain further. The cherry on the top was a choir that were singing Christmas carols at the breakfast and reception, and unfortunately it was not cute at all because the guys couldn't sing at all and it just sounded painful to the ears.
