优点： Reception not helpful and not friendly, named Yuni.nnI asked for invoice , she said management wyndham cannot give billing or invoice when online booking. This is not correct, a good hotel chain always can print bill in any condition for good corporate governance

评价： Dapet rate cukup tinggi saat peak lebaran kemarin.nnDi aplikasi, hotel ini bintang 5, tapi :n- Diminta deposit 500k saat check inn- Akses masuk hotel dari basement tidak dibuka, karena katanya kekurangan security.n- Ntah karena kekurangan orang atau apa, itu ruangan breakfast berantakan. Piring kotor di meja lamban diangkat. Menu yang sudah habis, tidak di refill.nnSaran saya mending di downgrade ajalah bintangnya. nCustomer udh expect lebih dengan embel2 bintang 5 tapi yg didapat setara bintang 3 plus doang.

评价： Tempatnya bersih, ada kolam renang, spa, sauna, gym, makanannya juga enak2, ada bonus 10 menit massage dan welcoming snacknya. Worth the price
