评价： Saya booked bilik yang include breakfast tetapi apabila check in, staff beritahu bilik tu tak include breakfast, bilik harga lain baru ada breakfast sedangkan saya booked through agoda dan ditulis bahawa bilik saya booked sudah include breakfast. Bau di luar hotel juga agak kurang menyenangkan.

优点： the kindness of the owner, he gave us a paper map when we arrived! I haven't had one in years, and it's always very useful. he gives all the facilities for whatever you want. 10 min far for the city center

评价： Best staycation with City View.. The best is include breakfast. The staff will knock the door and mention you, the breakfast are ready. Very nice and breakfast are so delicious. But Hot water in shower room always not function. The room are good and nice.. worth it with the price . Thanks Wisma Sunrise Guest House..

优点： Helpful owner and staff. Reasonably close to Mount Sibayak hiking. Nice view overlooking the city. Easy access to multiple food options. Decent breakfast included.

优点： Great view from the balcony. Super kind staff who speak good English and provide you with all the information you need around the town. Comfy, clean bed. Hot shower. 1.5h walk away from the mountain trailhead.

评价： We're booked with Agoda but were we arrived the property said not have a link with Agoda, and they pushed to manual check-in with over price with Agoda.nSo terrible at midnight

优点： Mr. Anton was so friendly and very helpful and he speak very good english. He gave us a Map and informed us about the sights and the prices. nBreakfast was good and the view was nice.nRoom was big the bed was comfortable.

评价： This is the second time we stay at this guesthouse, usually we choose our room upstairs room no 12. Breakfast is available, hot water is available if you wish to take a bath.

优点： Great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff. The reception and staff were most welcoming and helpful, first impressions of a beautiful and amazing hotel. Everything about this hotel is great. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had breakfast. The food is good and value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I am very happy with my visit. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

评价： during my visit, there was a renovation in progress at the front yard, the bathroom water heater was not working well maybe ran out of gas (gas water heater). Staff was welcoming and nice, still made us breakfast (included in the booking) although we said we don't need any as we were rushing to go hiking at mt sibayak.

优点： High on a hill close to village center, close to volcano. Good views. Close to bus to city. Cool. Very clean Air. Many clothes & fruit shops
