评价： Located close to the Myeongdong Metro station and 5mins walk to airport limousine bus station. Very convenient location and no stairs/uphill enroute to guesthouse. Rooms are on ground floor, no need to lug your luggage up any stairs. The owner Mr.Kim is also friendly and approachable though he may not be at the reception fulltime. There are washer and dryer available which is pretty handy if you're staying more than 2 nights. Would definitely stay here in my future trip.

评价： if you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation , near a convenience store, close to subway station & airport bus drop off and most especially right at the heart of myeongdong. this is the place for you. we just stayed here last April 16-20, 2025 . and when we go back to korea again, we will definitely stay here.

评价： this place is superb. Very near to myeongdong station exit 3(has elevator) and multiples of convenient store. The space in the room bit small for 4 pax with 24inch luggage 😂

评价： Good place to stay that is in the heart of Myeongdong. Myeongdong exit 3 is just a stone throw away from the guesthouse. Very very close to the station and airport limousine bus stop. It's got everything you could possibly need. While it's in the heart of Myeongdong, it is in a quieter side, so not too noisy at night. The owner was cheerful and greeted us warmly when we checked in. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

评价： The owner of the hotel is sooo kind and big heart..he is funny also love it..the place is near to everything such as public transport, convenience stores & etc..trust me you gonna love it here

Mr. Kim the owner is also very nice, we enjoy talking to him. If ever we will go back to Seoul we will choose WinWin Guesthouse again and again. Kamsahamnida!!!
