优点： One of the best accommodations we ever had❤️ the staff is so nice, they always went extra mile to help us with everything. They keep the place so clean, the garden is lovely.nYou have a kitchen where you can make coffee anytime and the breakfast is delicious. They also serve lunch and dinner, rent scooters.nWe really felt very welcomed and we hope we can come again sometime.

评价： We went there about ten years ago and remembered how good it was so chose to go there again. Was still great value, clean well equiped and has great staff.

优点： The service, location, staff and the overall stay were amazing. Rei and Abdul are very helpful and you can have great conversations with a drink at night. It really felt like joining a family :) thank you for the amazing stay and I will definitely come back here

评价： This place is just off the main coastal road and they have good signage to help find. From this place driving along the coastal road during sunset is so beautiful.nThe entire place is so well kept and probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning in my room wasn't working, they immediately moved us to another room for the night whilst they had it fixed. The hot water in the room is very good. Breakfast is good and there is a pantry for you to make drinks 24/7. You can even buy drinks here without going out to the mart.nOnly thing is that there is a karaoke center nearby that can be a bit noisy but lucky it stops by about 10 or 11pm.

优点： The owner, his wife, all the staff provided excellent service and very customer focused. We stayed here our first night in Lombok and they were great for getting oriented. Have tours available, transportation, motorbike rental, laundry service… coming back later in our journey to do sone activities from here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with quiet air conditioning.

评价： I like the overall aspects. It actually nearby karaoke area but when you close the door, you wont hear anything. Thats what i like. They also prepare early breakfast cause i need to go out early. They provide everything i needed. They even give me cake and decorate my bed for my honeymoon. Thank you so much. I love it. I really feels like at home <3 wish you guys the best!!!

优点： The superb staff and services are beyond words. Abdul welcomed us on our arrival with a big smile, offered us refreshing drinks on a warm afternoon, clearly explained the housekeeping rules, and very kindly carried our heavy bags upstairs. Stefanie, the owner of the guesthouse, then offered us some local snacks before we went on our hunt for dinner. We couldn't thank Rei, our driver, enough for taking care of us throughout our stay. He took into account my parents' age, capability and safety when recommending the Gili tours for us - instead of the most expensive 5 Gili tour, which he explained would be too physically demanding for them, he suggested the 3 Gili tour, which we all enjoyed very much. He speaks good English and is very funny. He also considerately played some Chinese music in the car for my non-English-speaking parents when driving us around. When I was out of cash, he lent me some without asking for a receipt. The sweetest thing was that he invited us to a family birthday party, where we enjoyed a yummy local hotpot meal and a wonderful night. We really appreciate the love they gave us!🧡nnThe house itself is such a lovely compound with beautiful plants in the yard and cute English decorations Stefanie put everywhere. Our family room was spacious, bright and clean, with air-conditioning and a big bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the bespoke towels were a personal touch of the owner. We also had a huge balcony with a relaxing overview of the yard. They put up several WiFi extenders around the house to ensure excellent WiFi signals everywhere. As many other guests have commented, the guesthouse offers unlimited free water, milk and tropical juices in the fridge in the dining room, and the continental breakfast (help-yourself toasties, 2 eggs, pancake/cakes and fruits) was simple but balanced and delicious.nnWhite Rose was of incredible value for money and was our favourite accommodation in Indonesia.

评价： All the people of the staff are very nice and friendly. The place is very well maintained by these guys. Spotless clean, strong cold aircon, hot showers. Everything works smooth. Breakfast is also delicious with pancakes (or eggs) fruit and a side (changes everyday). You will find coffee, water and snacks ready to use at anytime. Location is strategic, 10 minutes to Senggigi, 20 to Mataram with scooter, not much to do around without it but there is still a beach at walkable distance.They also have great scooters for rent and organise tour for the must see of Lombok. I would recommend it ever and ever again!

优点： Really really nice place! Great staff, always smiling! Nice breakfast! A little walk from the main road, but safe. Abdul was a great host! Took me around the neighborhood in his motorbike so I could buy incense and souvenirs. The place is situated in a Hindu neighborhood, and the atmosphere reminded me of Bali. Not much to do in the surroundings, but a great location if you want to go shopping for gifts and souvenirs for the BIG shops nearby
