风玄酒店 (Vong Xua Hotel)

评价： Smelly room and bed, dark, humid, no ventilation, one roach, hot water takes forever to come out, ancient TV, old uncomfortable furniture, bed is rock hard, no microwave, hard to climb stairs, cash only, no credit card, mini bar food and drinks not free. An Airbnb room is 3x better for same price.

优点： My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

评价： We had a late check-in at 10:30 PM and the Vong Xua staff was very accommodating and attentive. We had a very early check out to make a transfer, and the friendly staff made sure we had a to go breakfast to eat. We forgot a passport in the fray of our early check out, and the Vong Xua team displayed impeccable professionalism in reuniting us with our forgotten document, going the extra mile and delivering it to our transfer company's office, free of charge. Very impressed with their commitment to customer service.

评价： Half the staff doesn't speak English so communication is difficult. Also many bugs in my room. The elevator is nice though. But you can get a better room for that price

评价： I booked this hotel because I had to be relatively near the Hanoi University of Science & Technology due to an exam I had to sit for the next day. So, I booked the room for only ONE night. But that ONE night was more than enough. nnWhere to begin? First of all, the room had NO WINDOWS. I heard that this was a relatively common thing for hotels in Hanoi (or Vietnam in general). So, if you don't mind staying in a room without windows, then I suppose it's ok.nnBUT the bed is REALLY HARD! I woke up with a TERRIBLE back ache. It was equivalent to spending the night on the floor. Also, the walls are REALLY THIN! There were random noises of people shuffling, people walking around, people talking with one another, and even some people eating on the stairs?!?nnAnd here's the 'cherry on top' -- There's a karaoke bar directly behind the hotel. So you can hear people singing every night up till 11pm on weekdays. nnThe staff were ok. The manager (who is a man), is very polite and welcoming but the lady receptionist is quite rude. nnAll in all, I would not have booked this hotel if not for the exam. It was not worth the money even if you're looking for a budget place to stay.

优点： Khách sạn Vong Xua Boutique nằm ngay tại trung tâm thành phố rất thuận tiện cho việc đi lại. Đồ ăn sáng rất ngon và đặc sắc. Cho mình gửi lời cảm ơn đến các bạn nhân viên vì đã hết sức nhiệt tính giúp đỡ từ lúc nhận phòng cho đến khi trả phòng. Xin cảm ơn!!

评价： Paid for a delux room but the owner tried to palm me off with a crap standard room without windows, when I said I paid for the delux room he took me to another crappy standard room and had the balls to say it was a free upgrade! When I made it clear that I was not happy and was going to complain to Agoda, he gave me the room I had paid for and said it was Agoda's fault as they had messed up the booking, I'm quite sure this was a lie as he could clearly see what I had paid on the booking, and a copy of the booking had been sent to me.

优点： Vị trí rất trung tâm, thuận tiện. Không gian được thiết kế vừa cổ điển vừa sang trọng.rnPhòng ốc vừa tầm, chưa phải rộng rãi lắm nhưng sạch sẽ.rnĐồ ăn sáng rất ngon. Đặc biệt nhân viên rất khéo léo và hài hước, biết quan tâm chăm sóc vừa đủ để khách hàng cảm nhận được sự chu đáo nhưng vẫn giữ được khoảng cách.rnHài lòng với 3 ngày ở đây và sẽ còn quay lại.

优点： Khách sạn đẹp trong trung tâm thành phố. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, bữa sáng rất ngon, view phòng rất đẹp vào buổi sáng. Cảm ơn các bạn nhân viên đã phục vụ chu đáo. Hẹn lần sau nếu có quay lại Hà Nội, tôi sẽ đến khách sạn Vọng Xưa. Xin cảm ơn!!!
