评价： Pros - I love how easy it was to check in! My daughter was unwell following the plane ride, with check in process nonexistent we could get her to the bed quickly. Hotel response superbly fast via Agoda’s platform, and advised us there is a pharmacy and clinic right on the second floor. (FYIy daughter was well enough by the next day to join us for the rest of the trip). nnCons - my room had an awful smell in the toilet. I’d thought it smelt like a pipe issue affecting all rooms so didn’t do anything about it. until I realized on our last day that our room out of all 4 rooms our family had was the only one affected. Having stayed in Chungmuro and Myeongdong and being a shopaholic who’s an early morning riser, I very much preferred staying in Myeongdong, i’m in the shops once they are open. that said the vicinity is rather self sufficient. i had my quiet morning breakfast all over Villiv’s vicinity. That it’s directly linked to the underground exit made it perfect for rainy weather

优点： Amazing location, exceptionally clean and despite there not being a reception, the staff were very responsive by chat. Location is right above a subway station. Staff brought clean towels everyday. Overall, a great stay.

评价： 1. Good location in Chungmuro with direct access to the blue & orange train lines in basement 1. It’s near Myeongdong but definitely not as busy. nn2. Room is nicely designed with complete facilities - washing machine, smart tv, blowdryer, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dining and kitchen tools nn3. The only drawback - the elevator gets so full during peak hours (during check out time or even starting at 10am) that it’s hard to get a ride. Sometimes you have to wait long. Other guests ride up the elevator and do a round trip just so they have space inside. Pls factor this into your schedules if you plan to leave at that time

评价： Best value for families with older kids as there are enough beds for everyone! Definitely recommend this apartment and will come back again!

评价： Excellent location with direct access to subway. As it is a service apartment, there’s no housekeeping and room tends to get dirty. Would be better if the room can provide portable vacuum for self cleaning. Overall, good value for the price!

评价： Would definitely stay in villiv inn the city when i come back to korea. Strategic place, room was amazing, facilities were amazing too. 10/10

评价： I honestly love the location of this place. It's just a ride away from myeongdong and also right beside the subway station. nnThe only downside was that the check in is at 4pm and,the earliest check in available if you pay more money is at 1pm (10,000won/hr subject to availability). There were also only 3 lifts available in the building serving all the guests which makes waiting for the lift a little tedious at times.nnWe had 2 luggages so the rooms were a little small. The luggages couldn't be kept open all the time which could be a hassle when you need to locate things inside the luggage.nnOther than that it was a good experience

评价： Location was excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. BUT they have to do about elevator situation. It is VERY slow . They should have more elevator.

评价： This booking was not what I expected but it did exceed my expectations. The apartment has everything you need a stovetop, a washing machine and is in a relatively good location. Would definitely come back here again if I come back to Seoul.

评价： Great place! The location of the place is connected to the train station, there is also a vending machine at the basement 24/7. Nearby there’s lots of convenience stores around. However I just find that the lift is too slow and each time there’s a lot of passengers wanting to take the lift. There’s only 2 lifts but there’s at least 5 different operators or companies doing co-living in this building. Starbucks right below the building.
