评价： Excellent proximity to Ganderia City. Within walking distance, but the staff transported us via shuttle car free. Much appreciated. Varied breakfast accommodating many nationalities. If you don't like salt make sure to tell the people at the egg station, otherwise it may be too salty for your liking.

缺点： The room is not soundproof. Couldn’t sleep well due to the traffic noise in the area. Also strong smell of the chemical cleaning products used in the hallways. Could use environmental friendly cleaning agents.

优点： The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make my trip very enjoyable. Huge appreciation for the security staff who always made sure that I was safe while waiting for my GoJek/ Grab. The Front Desk staff were very resourceful and kind.
缺点： I liked most of the facility that this hotel offered. Minor thing that made me uncomfortable was the pillow in my room. The pillows were too firm for my next and I oftentimes woke up with sore neck. I didn't ask for new ones because I usually came back very late to sleep and did not want to bother the staff.

缺点： Was charge way above the published rate for adding one day before the original booking. Talked to the manager and was told it was bookings.com rate. Checked with bookings.com, they said it was the hotel charged the rate as bookings.com didn't have any authority to change the rate, not nice feeling as we stayed here twice for 12 nights combined.rnrnThe house keeping didn't check the room thoroughly, there was a window has a big gap around it to allowed hot air and noise come in few curtain hooks were off the railing, both weren't fixed the second time we checked in. I notified the housekeeping and they were fixed very quickly.rnThe sound proof could be improved as the window is facing the highway.

评价： Very nice hotel with facilities (too bad I didn’t have a chance to swim due to work), it’s walkable or 5mins taxi away from a huge mall, so it’s very good location for my biz trip in Jakarta.
