评价： The location was perfect for me. Near the bus stop (including the airport limousine bus 6009) and the line 2 Gangnam station (exit 5). Lots of good restaurants around. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were also helpful.
优点： This was my second time stay here. Housekeeping lady was nice and they cleaned the room nicely
缺点： Elevator is slow..

评价： Counter staff behavior so bad. Day time a little, but man staff at night behavior so bad, not helping. Room was fine.

缺点： While they do attempt to clean the room, it is actually not very clean. The bathroom still had hair on the floor and the walls had stains from previous shampoo and toothpaste. The kitchenware was not properly cleaned either.

优点： Urban Place is perfect for Gangnam tourists. The hotel is clean, staff speaks English and is very friendly, and it's close to public transportation. Come here!

优点： Bed was comfortable, washing machine in the room. The staff was lovely and engaged.
缺点： The bathroom was dirty, the pillows were stained and the wallpaper was lose on many spots.
