苏帕拉乌布香蒂稻田民宿 (Ubud Shanti Rice Field House By Supala)

优点： This place is stunning. Located on a yoga path on a hill between the rice paddies, a family run hotel with expensive rooms, a beautiful garden and a pool and generous breakfasts.
Add to that a personal super friendly service from the owner of the hotel, and you get the best of all worlds.

优点： Excellent location on a quaint (but busy) path accessible only by foot or motorbike. Hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. They will meet you at the main road on scooters and take you and your bags to the hotel. You can continue on the path past the hotel and you will find beautiful rice fields with little cafes and art shops dotted along the way. Only a 10-15 walk to the main market and the heart of Ubud with loads of excellent restaurants nearby. The restaurant at the hotel has fabulous food and we ate there several times. The room was very clean, spacious and had excellent air conditioning. Staff was helpful in arranging comfortable and reliable transportation to our next location. If coming back to Ubud we would definitely stay here again.

评价： Good onsite staff, they were helpful and friendly and were very reactive and responsive to our requests and issues raised. However, sadly, that's where the positives end.

Prior to arrival, we WhatsApp-ed the number provided during booking, and given them a 30 minutes and 5 minutes heads-up. However, when we arrived, no one from the property was present, and we had to drag our heavy luggage up a steep-at-times 15minutes poorly paved pathway to the property. The WhatsApp number provided was not of someone that was physically present at the property and the property informed us that they were unaware of our arrival. This was a terrible start, as they had previously committed a shuttle of our baggage via motorbike through this path, which was provided at our check-out.

The room was rather aged, and the bathroom was rather old and dirty, with broken tiles and the walls/floors rather stained. The room was not well insect-proof either, with a dragonfly on one night and large and on a couple of nights in the bathroom. Strong Wi-Fi in the room, but no television.

One of the towels we were given on our first night was badly stained. We did feedback via WhatsApp to the onsite staff, and they were apologetic and quick to respond, ensuring that the towels provided to us on subsequent nights were clean and unstained.

Breakfast was good, very delicious, with nice fresh juices. Note that it isn't a buffet breakfast, and you could only choose from one of 4 egg items.
Cleanliness is quite a concern - when I asked for ice cubes for my bottle, they picked the ice out of a bag with their hands, and when ice cubes fell back into the freezer (which stored raw meat), they would pick it back up and place into my bottle. Water is available and provided from a dispenser at the check-in desk.

优点： Everything was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped get us from the main street on their scooters and when we left as well. The rooms were immaculate and had comfortable beds and hot showers. The porch beds were so nice to lounge on and overlooked the pool and rice fields. This place also has a restaurant which was super nice to have. It was also easy to take a Grab motorcycle directly to the property.

优点： The hotel is in an excellent location out of town directly so it’s quite but still easy to walk into town in 10mins. The staff were exceptional and caring, and the food was great.

评价： We spent 3 nights at the Shanti and it really felt like heaven on earth. The staff is even more friendly than what you are used to from Bali and the neighborhood is sooo green and peaceful but at the same time close to the city center. There are plenty of vegetarian restaurants around but the Shanti Nasi Campur was definitely the best one :)

优点： The staff was really friendly they even brought a lovely dessert with a candle to my room for my birthday. The room and common areas were very clean, and they provided daily room cleaning service. The best part was the restaurant, the food was fantastic and at a great price.

优点： Great location, quiet area, good walking trail, not big villa so not too many guests, great staff, friendly, loved the cap cay veg dish, breakfast was good. Good pool, nice area by the pool, very helpful and welcoming place. Good service, clean, would recommend for short or long stay, alone or with company.

It is not accessible with car, only with motorcycle, but the stuff compensates with motorcycle delivery of the luggage.
