(Tuan Dat Luxury Hotel FLC)

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was perfect, offering easy access to various
attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining them. The facilities were satisfactory, although there could have been more options for shopping. However, the overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this property for its excellent value for money.

Terrible hotel, I booked 3 rooms but they only had 2 available when I arrived. The hotel asked for my understanding and arranged for my family to stay in 1 proper room and 1 temporary room. We were 2 families with 4 adults and 2 children. They said they would deduct 1 day's room fee but when we checked out, they charged us for the full stay, saying that they had arranged for us to use the free electricity, water, and breakfast. When I complained, they only refunded me 200k VND (the room rate I booked on Agoda was 833k VND per room). The hotel is small and only suitable for a 2-star rating. There is no parking lot, only street parking, and the rooms do not have a kettle. I wrote this review to help others make a better choice!
