评价： Lovely bright airey room with great facilities
优点： The neatness at quietness of the area
缺点： Just the closing time of the main entrance but to be honest everything is perfect

缺点： Come to hotel at 8pm after 24 hour bus ride from vientiane to hanoi just to be rejected stay there.nnGuy working there was rude and obnoxious and he had laugh of situation...nnI was rejected stay even after I message them to tell them I will be arriving between 6pm and midnight and they confirmed that... Guy working there told me they gave my room away as I didn't arrive before 4pm... just wtf??nnNot fun to deal with that after been tiered from traveling but now kind of glad I didn't stay there as that hotel and the guy working there had some weird unpleasant vibe....n nRecommend everybody to avoid this placen!

缺点： worst part was the bed. rock solid. I thought others that I slept in were bad. laying down on this didn’t move it a touch. didn’t understand the point of it. might as well sleep on the tile floor. didn’t sleep whatsoever.

评价： I didn't pay attention and mistakenly booked a room for one, but when I arrived for check-in, the host was very friendly, and it was easy to find the accommodation, close to many restaurants.
评价： I went home and forgot a bag in the elevator. The next day, I contacted the receptionist to retrieve it, and they returned it to me very enthusiastically. Thank you very much.
