评价： Good place for travelers
优点： The location was a bit far from the happening places which is exacting what I was looking for - so was good.
缺点：
The only negative issue is with the Air conditioner. The swing of airconditiner was not working and so the wind is towards the floor only, and a weird sound of broken swing, made it a little difficult to sleep well
they said they'll fix in in the evening, and no one came up
Asked the 2nd day, same response but no one showed up.
so i stopped asking, and stayed like that for 6 days.

评价： Very helpful stuff provided great service. My stay there was pleasant. Location is not far from tourist attractions and there is a supermarket at the corner. You can cook some food .Smart tv, big bed, cold, balcony. Almost everything we needed

The first they like money and the Credit card does not work there if i can not pay Cash i will be on the street ,,they only ask Cash money always,
The price is in booking com diferent price but they ask more money because they dont look in rezervasyon, they Dont look in booking com rezervasyon what is price,the room was not without chair only one chair there was brooken, bed not comfortable very Hard ,air condicioner motor out side so noisy all night, i could not sleep,kitchen has no nothing just name of kitchen, they Dont think about Costumer they just think about money
评价： The hotel charges extra 50'000 dong per hour for early check in and this was not communicated to customers prior. The man at the counter will ask for upfront extra cash. The hotel owner was not reachable despite many phone calls to verify. Subsequently the hotel replied that it indeed charged extra for early check in and had the audacity to say that maybe this was the first time i had booked a hotel. I am a vip platinum of agoda for many years and this is the worst i have personally experienced. There are better hotels elsewhere with better customer service and modern management capability. The old style of charging extra when customers arrived is no longer in practice, but this hotel still does it.

评价： It’s a worst place to stay. Very dirty. They never wash the bath towel or even bed shits for years. The security staff is very rude and impolite. No windows and no ventilation as well. Think twice before booking.

very nice. nothing to complain about. is exactly as advertised. friendly staff, good location to marts (pretty much 200m from a KFC), and though the staff struggle with english they did their very best to answer my questions and help me out.
Will stay here agian for sure. Also close to Saigon tattoo Club where they have some of the best tattoo artists around.
优点： It's spacious, there's a fridge, workspace beside the bed, decent bathroom.
缺点： There were no windows beside the narrow window beside the kitchen space for ventilation looking at more walla of the building. The door was difficult to open the lock just kept turning and it was difficult to figure out when the door was unlocked. The worst part was the air-conditioning was dripping 3 different streams of water, when it started as 1 drip I had put a plastic bag underneath and turned up the AC thinking it would stop or I could simple empty the plastic bag periodically. But the airconditioning was located directly above the bed so when the 2nd stream of water started dripping as I was unpacking it got directly on the bed and wall, I placed another plastic bag underneath and began to be alarmed, then shortly afterwards a 3rd drip started to drip but it was a steady stream completely soaking the sheet and wall, at this point I was running out of plaatic bags and can no longer think of simply sleeping on the other side of the bed with the constant drip/ppuring water into bag sound, so I went down to the reception, notified them, and then asked for a refund because although they insisted they would call a repairman to fix it immediately I didn't want to risk the AC leaking water randomly in the middle of the night. Luckily they returned my payment and I left.

评价： Lousy business and greedy. I got kicked out at first night arriving Vietnam. I had to go around looking for a hotel after I was on flight 24 hrs from the US while I already booked for my staying. Never want to recommend this place to anyone.
优点： Clean, useful fridge and kettle for kitchenette area. Location good for war museum but we ended up.moving to district 1, off walking street for vegetarian food options and to book tours. Taxis cheap though. Overall good, but not the best location for our needs. Staff lovely and apartments clean.
评价： Convenient transportation, located in the city center. The room is clean, with a balcony, airy, the staff is enthusiastic, and the hours are flexible. Overall, it's quite okay 😍, will come back again 😊
优点： Great location for staying in D3, near the river down a quiet alleyway. Friendly staff.
