优点： Location in town - clean and hood value nIf you are just using Makassar as a overnight trip - stay closer to airport nThis is a good hotel if you want a little hit of the city nGood restaurants nearby - one next door and saudara at the corner cross the street

优点： Most comfortable and large bed we've slept in in Asia! Big room, very delicious breakfast- chicken, vegetables, eggs, rice, Pastries, cereal, soup. Nice staff. Would stay here again.

评价： I booked the hotel for 2 rooms. 1 room for 2 nights, and another room for a night for my family as they are travelling from Jakarta and Semarang. We transit in Makassar before flying to Morowali.nThe booking was made on 2 March for 26-28 March 2025. nI chat Pak Didit on the same day of booking.nHe replied to my chat and confirming my request. I assume all information was given completely.nOn the day of my family arrival, on 26 March, it was at 09:00. We asked whether the room was ready if we want to request for the early check in.nThey said the rooms were ready, but there's an additional fee to have an early check in.nThey just gave us the pricelist on the arrival, not when I chatted them on the booking day.nThe price was not reasonable to me, and the way they explained it and showed no empathy.nThey should have explained about the additional fee for early check-in before I booked the rooms instead of on arrival.nThe transparency is required here, because these specific regulations were uncommon among other hotels. nMoreover, it was during Ramadhan, and our rooms were available. They should also consider that we have booked more than one room. I was very disappointed by the intransparency from the staff of the hotel side.
