优点： Spacious room in a great location with easy access to my event space.
优点： Loved the free water and coffee! Great hot water in shower, with strong pressure. Loved the whirlpool bathtub. Giant TV in room. Free water and sodas.
缺点： Mattress had a rubber sheet on it, that was old and brittle, so I could feel rubber pieces through the sheet. Small bathtowels
优点： The staff was kind, there were complimentary water, coffee and tea and the room was huge.
缺点： The bed was uncomfortable and the wifi very slow
优点： Convenient location, right by the subway line and Lotte World Tower
缺点： The room we were originally put into smelled like cigarette smoke, but they moved us to a different once we brought it up. There was a construction site right outside the window and they started working around 5:30-6, so it was really loud, even with the window closed. Not sure if there was a way to adjust the air conditioning, but the room was uncomfortably warm throughout the night.
优点： In the prime and happening location. Subway near by and lotte mall. Well behaved and very helpful staff. Rooms are so big including bathroom
优点： I was in room 902, it was huge and the bathroom was huge with a bidet included. One of the best rooms I ever stayed in and was exceptionally clean. Parking was also easy and the manager did speak some English, so that helped.
缺点： More than one large towel would be nice. But I was able to grab a couple more from the maid cart in the hall. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but they have complimentary water and coffee. And it is in a food area, so no problem. I actually ordered food and had it delivered.
