缺点： nothing.

缺点： Sofa does not have leg rest.

缺点： the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, we mentioned this to the lady showing it and she wiped off a little from around the sink. she later brought some scrubbing sponges and some useless little towels. the bedroom was divided from the living room by a sliding glass door, no curtain, totally all visible from the living room, couldn’t shut out the light from the living room. There were a few dirty pots in the cupboard. Quite disappointing. we only used the microwave a few times.
