评价： Homestay is clean, the family is nice. However, it's quite far from the old town - like more than kilometer in distance. If you like walking, its great for you.

I was so uncomfortable during my stay. My room has an aircondition unit that does not get cold. The electric fan gives a little to no air at all. I was sweating in the middle of the night that I become really grumpy. Which unfortunately I was not able to figure out early since I am out the entire afternoon and just got back in the evening. I waited for the AC to cool (just like when you have it just turned on), but it didn't get cold. By the time I messaged them on FB, they responded in the morning.. and I already made up my mind that I am leaving the place. I was really uncomfortable.. not to mention the plight of stairs since my room is on the third floor. Quite expensive if you'll ask me coz Ive seen other hotel and homestay with the same price, but more facilities to offer.

优点： A Nice clean specious room with a porch right by the river in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy center yet close to it by bike that the family land you. The bed is very comfortable, all facilities are good.
The real highlight though is the family itself, who is the nicest i have met. In the time i had stayed with them i was invited to their celebrations and dinners. They helped in any way the could, including father saving the day taking me to the station when my ride was late. The mother of the family is a beautiful lady, a true angel who prepared vegetarian meals especially for me, in the house and even for the road when i left. Tinh is just the best! She's young, speaks good English, knows everything and always with a smile, and her sweet son is the cherry on top the cake. To sum it up, you enjoy a hotel-like room and services, but you get to know the great people of Vietnam.

评价： Lovely place nice people and old town isn't too far away.

优点： The family were lovely and very friendly. The highlight for us was being able to use the free bicycles to cycle around the different cycle trails and paths. They gave us a kettle when we asked for water to make our own tea and coffee and even had a water filter to fill up water bottles. The view from our top floor room was lovely. Lovely, quieter stay out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An!

优点： The owners were super nice and rent us the bikes for free and helped us to book a car to Danang. And rent a motorbike. We had a nice balcony and a comfortable room.

评价： We stayed 3 nights with my girlfriend and it was perfect, you can borrow free bicycle from the home stay to go to the old town (5 min), they do some breakfast for very cheap (20000d), the room are very clean with AC and the family owner were very nice !
100% recommend it !

From the clenliness, river view, quietness, proximity to the ancient town and the friendliness of the family members who run this place. Thank you all for the peace and kindness during my week - long stay there . I highly recommend Thu Bon!

评价： I stayed more than 10 days and my stay was great. Tinh received me very well and everything I needed help with, she solved it super fast. Comfortable room, good bathroom, hot water. I super recommend.

优点： Super nice family running the place, we stayed in 3 out of 4 of the rooms, all really nice and beautiful location.

评价： All basic amenities covered. Nice, quiet and clean. Happy to help. It's a little way to the old city however motorbikes available. Great views of the river.

优点： Awesome room with great view. One of the best places that I had in Vietnam. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is cheap and good.

评价： We visited in November and were made very welcome by the family, they were extremely helpful and the free use of the bicycles was greatly appreciated. The room was great and the breakfast sets you up for the day . highly recommended !

评价： Everything was excellent. It is quiet and 1.5 km from the old town which is what I wanted. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the river. They also let us use their bicycles for free. Lovely family.
My only complaint would be the internet. There were times I could not stream Netflix.

优点： The homestay is next to the river and very beautiful. The view from the balcony ist great! And they also have a nice terrace with View of the river, where you can eat breakfast (best banana pancake!)
Everything is very new and clean and the owners are very nice and always ready to Help you.
