7.0 Okay to stay 1 night - HONGYANG 30-04-2025

优点： Nice staff, new decorations, fast WiFi, comfy bed.

缺点： We stayed on the first floor, the fragrance they used in the room was too strong, it caused a headache. The room had mosquitoes, we killed a few, there’s another door next to the window, it’s not sealed well, there’s a gap at the bottom. And we could hear everything happen on the back street from early morning, motorbikes, talking, chicken, cutting food…

10.0 Beyond our expectation for the price we paid. If you want to be around west lake this property is definitely one of your - Ali 13-04-2025

优点： It was really clean and the staff were really helpfulnFacility was super new and we were the first one to use it.

缺点： we arrived late so the door was closed. we didn't know how to open the door and was confused about the bell. lock pad was on right but bell was on left so we were not sure. reception was not also there. but once they opened the door everything was pretty quick and we were really happy with everything.

8.0 Mới và Sạch sẽ - KEAT 23-04-2025

评价：

10.0 Great hotel - Khánh 21-03-2025

评价： The staff is very kind and help full. The room is big, well-cleaned and quiet. The Westlake is right there so we can have some fresh air in the morning when we went out.
