优点： Super lovely staff that was very helpful. The room was nice and tidy and had everything you need. The location was great as well. Overall perfect stay!:)
优点： The location of the hotel is awesome. Very near accessibility to all the tourist attractions.
缺点： Nothing.
优点： Overall really nice place and family business, well located right next to the Train Street. The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Bed was nice and comfy, apartment had all the essentials, minibar was well equipped and fairly priced. Breakfast was excellent.
缺点： Even though my stay was really wonderful and I rated it 10/10, here's a few small ideas for improvement:rn- I did not want to pay with credit card because it was a 3% extra charge, but when I wanted to pay in cash the reception did not have the sufficient amount of change (this was quickly resolved luckily and I got my change back the next day, but I think this situation could have been avoided)rn- sometimes there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom (also this can be fixed easily by closing the bathroom door)rn- perhaps a bit more toilet paper and soap would be nice (I asked for it and got it), but then again I do not want to ask every single day because I didn't want to be bothering.. but it would be nice for housekeeping to remember such things for the entire duration of the stayrn-there was no heating but luckily this was quickly resolved and I was provided with a mobile heating from the hotel staff, so many thanks :)
缺点： There was no window in the room.
评价： Just love the ambience of this hotel..unassuming, great staff... They always greet their guests with smile.. We LOVE AND ENJOYED staying here... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
优点： Everything! Location close to all major Hanoi spots, super clean and beautiful rooms, friendly and responsive staff. Loved the lanterns in the window!!
缺点： Too close to train street so can get noisy with the train noise as well as traffic at night.
评价： Staff was great and room was very comfortable. It came with a separate room with kitchen.
优点： All great. Exactly as you see on the photos.
缺点： Could have better breakfast options.
评价： Very friendly, accommodating staff. East walking distance to everywhere in Old Quarter. Not on a super busy street. I'd certainly recommend this hotel!
优点： Nice friendly staffs. The room plenty of space. The location is convenient.
缺点： Breakfast is served rather slowly. For those who have tours and need to leave early, make sure you plan enough time for breakfast. The rooms facing the street can hear noises from the street.
优点： Clean and lovely hotel . The receptionists are super friendly and helped us a lot. This hotel is just walking distance to old-quarter, many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and famous train street as well. Breakfast is also good. nEspecially, I want to highlight the receptionist who is always smiling. Thank you and best wishes to all of you.
缺点： Nothing.
优点： Everything is great. Exactly as you see in the photos.nLocation not in Old Quarter but super close and in my opinion better.
缺点： Breakfast could improve, but it's ok.
优点： Location is very good. It’s walking distance to attractions like art museum, temple of literature, Thong Long Citadel, and train street to name a few. Staff is very accommodating and nice. Clean room and maid tidied the room everyday.
缺点： Bed was too tough
