南希佩坎巴鲁红门之友民宿 (The Nancy's Homestay Pekanbaru Mitra RedDoorz)

评价： I do appologize if this review looks bad. Honestly, the facilities and location are good, i recommend it. nBut, i'm dissappointed of the staff there. nI have told the receptionist 30 minutes before checking out to extend time 3 hours due to waiting my bus arrival. nThe staff agreed with it and I can stay at the room 3 hours long and pay the charge about IDR 40,000. At 1.00 pm, the staff knocked my door and asked me to check out after getting new booking from other customer. I said that I have extended the time for check out until 3 pm, but the staff asked me to leave. nThis is really emberrasing and it was so annoying to prepare all of mu stuff then leave. nPlease manage people in and out and make sure everything is fine for all conditions. Thank you!
