优点： Wonderful hospitality, feels like own home. Really convenient to go around the river , also provide free bycycle ride, very clean and tidy.

评价： This hotel isn’t far from the centre. They also rented the bicycle free of charge which is so good. The staff are very friendly. The room is good but we notice a very damp smell and the bedsheets felt damp. The room was on the back of a football/ school yard which was noisy as they were playing throughout the night on the weekend.

优点： It’s in a quite neighborhood and easily getting around with Grab (like DiDi or Uber)

评价： 5 stars! Fantastic value for money, we also got a free upgrade which was great. Free bikes are a fantastic bonus and means you can easily explore Hoi An, the staff were attentive and the rooms were lovely with big, comfy beds

优点： Super clean room and bathroom which is so important and surprisingly difficult to find. The bathroom was spotless, with hooks for your clothes and towels and a space to leave your toiletries. Everything was really thoughtful — there’s even a soft clean floor mat for you to clean your feet on after you go out onto the veranda, which also has a lovely view.
Location is not the closest to old town but we actually really liked it since Grab is quite affordable anyway. The towels smelled so good.

评价： we stayed 5 nights partially to recover from colds we had picked up and we needed to recover. the owners treated us like family. the hotel itself is one of the nicest we have been in after 2 months in vietnam. we were here for new years and it was great. we prefer to stay out of city centers and the hotel is about a pleasant 25 minute walk th the old town. we can't recommend this hotel enough.

评价： Maybe I will not forget one night stay at this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The staff are nice and very friendly. They helped me how to get to bus station and nearby attractions.

优点： big and clean room, staffs are responsive and friendly. a bit of distance from the main town but free bike for use, so it's ok. they also helped me arrange transport even though i booked late at night, very efficient. Thank you

评价： The staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly. The accommodation is airy, clean, fully equipped, quiet with good soundproofing, and has a chill view of the football field, perfect for my boyfriend. It's also close to the center and with such reasonable prices, it's just great. Next time I come to Hoi An, I will support The Linh again.

优点： Stayed here for 5 nights on 2 consecutive bookings. The homestay is run by a family. They are so hardworking, kind and welcoming. We booked transport to and from the airport, tickets for the Ba Na Hills tour, the coconut village tour and the Hoi An Memories Show through them at a discounted rate. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage space, a balcony and an attached kitchenette. The room was cleaned daily. It had a foul odour on the first day, but after informing Mr Dai, it was taken care of. Although the room didn't have a microwave/induction cooker, we were able to use the common kitchen downstairs once. We had breakfast here a couple of times, prepared by Mr Dai's mother. The portions were large and it was quite good. Mr Dai gave us valuable tips and information about the city. He even took me to a good place to buy Vietnamese incense. The homestay is located in a quiet street ~1.5KM from the old town and provides free bicycles and motorcycles for a fee for rent. Can't recommend this place enough. Would definitely stay here if we were to visit Hoi An again!
