评价： The staffs and service are really good but facilities such as bath stuffs is not variety, there should be conditioner and earwax,...
Moreover, the rooms were so hot when I checked in because of heating, it took long time for air conditioner to cool the room.
Elevator is in one side of the hall that is too far to reach the rooms in another side, it should be in the middle of the row of rooms .

评价： Very good for late arrival or early flight. I checked in very late and they were still there for me. Skipped breakfast as I didn't have time. Room was clean. Been was not as hard as the usual VN beds. First room in the very back was next to a neighboring building's generator/HVAC unit outside. On/off/on/off. I asked to switch rooms and they did late at night. No problem with the room facing the long alleyway. AC was good. Shower was good.

Nice interior room decor relative to the price point.
We got the 9th floor with no neighboring house to obstruct the view so it was great.
Very close to the Tam Anh hospital should you want to go for a general checkup.
Very good price for size of the room and its cleanliness is really good.
Room service and the cleaning staff are super lovely.
Quite close to supermarkets and pharmacy.
Cons:
The staff can be either very enthusiatic or indifferent.
The breakfast is nothing to write home about, lots of fried food and the noodles are lacking flavour and umami every day.
Very noisy inside out, the bathroom exhaust fan could be as loud as a truck (67 dB), the AC unit can also sound like a washing mashine.
The street in front of the hotel is like a river of traffic, always busy, producing constant noise, dust and exhaust fume. If you are not well, a small trip venturing outside of the hotel would make you sickier.
At night, the smoke alarm falsely went off for a long time and the reception was either busy or not picking up and the guests were left to sort it out by opening up all the corridor windows. And no, you can't go down to the reception because the elevator is not working when the alarm is on and we are on the high floor.
Minor thing but the fridge is not very cold so no ice cream!
The hotel has great potential but for now, its traffic river front would ensure I would never see it again.

评价： I enjoyed this hotel for a stopover before flying onto another location. Rooms are big, it’s still new so everything is in good condition. Comfortable bed and pillows. It sounds like they use this as a training hotel The Hub Hotel Academy…which was absolutely fine, with young staff cooking eggs in the morning. Simple but good breakfast. Easy for taxi and grab drivers to park for pick ups as it has a car park and no massive stairs to climb which is handy if you’re hauling luggage.
Overall a good stay. Only neg is that there isn’t much going on close to the hotel that doesn’t require a walk down a busy street or a cab. But on the upside it was quiet and I slept.
