评价： Good and recommended hotel to stay in Surabaya
优点： I like the location and clean
缺点： I can't get soap (sabun batangan) and the bathroom so small and water splash anywhere. The slipery why only one?
优点： the staff
缺点： the building is deteriorated every thing is broken nwater leaking from ceiling nunbelievable
优点： The location is very close to many restaurants. It is also somewhat close to the airport. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
缺点： The room could have been cleaner.

优点： The room is spacious and there are many pillows provided. It is cozy and warm.nIt is located near many restaurants.
缺点： Maybe the wall where the tv is on needs to be repainted as it is started to form bubbles.

优点： I love the location, so very nearby of to yoshinoya,dominos, burger kings, starbucks,excelso,wingstop and fancy2 cafe👍 and i love the staff in breakfast reastaurant
缺点： 1.The restaurant didn't operate the AC, we feel very hot, and that's not comfortable for us. n2. Bed on our room so very hardn3. The AC in our room at 1st day is not really cold
