优点： Breakfast was great. Staff always smiling
缺点： Was told I could avail of complementary ride to airport. And they would book it when I checked out. Arrived at airport and taxi driver charge me for the ride. Called the hotel and the desk person said I was supposed to book it the day before. It was a disappointing end to a perfect stay.
评价： Highly recommended both because of quality of room and attentiveness of staff. Close to many restaurants and cafes.
缺点： Overcharged total price. Not professional

优点： Staff very friendly, small gym but comple, coffee shop is a good place to take your breakfast or a coffee.nnAlso the cleaning of the room was spotless and they do it every day
缺点： The only problem (it wasn't for us) could be the location, it could be a bit far from the center, but something you could deal with.
评价： First time in Vietnam, really nice stay! nThe staffs are so friendly and nice!
优点： So much worthy price: the toilet is good, really spacious room, there is water in the room (I dont see this in many hotels), friendly receptionists.
缺点： There is no facial tissue, the bathtub quality is poor, the jars of conditioner, shampoo are pretty, but not convenient.
评价： it is not a bad hotel but its location is quite far away and inconvenient. Also, there is nothing untruthful about the photos, but the photography is a bit deceptive and makes the rooms look much nicer than it actually is. For example, the cheaper rooms do not have a window that faces outside.
优点： Nice and spacious room, awesome breakfast, very nice staff, both the receptionists I met had great attitudes.
缺点： The elevator was quite slownAlso quite the stairs in the foyer but no bell men, hard to carry large luggage

缺点： Breakfast selections didn’t taste good. The food that they served were of low quality considering the hotel’s price.
优点： Room was huge! Living room, bathroom and bedroom all separate and clean. They had a water server in the room! That made all the difference with our 8 month old son. We could easily make his bottle with hot water readily available. The air conditioners worked superb and the staff really was amazing.
缺点： If I had to nit pick I'd say the jars they are using for the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are such a waste and difficult to use. Just give me a push bottle dispenser why waste all that shampoo on that stupid jar.

评价： The place has cozy layout. Huuuuge bathroom with great amenities. Great food from the kitchen and surrounding places.
优点： Very helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Nice seating area in the room for meeting with local friends.
