评价： We enjoyed the family room with bunk bed. Spacious room and clean. 5-10 minutes walked to bus stop or MRT station. Love their service, very kind and helpful

评价： I was charged for a duplicated payment from the executive floor. While facing a technical issue during checkout, the receptionist advised me to leave my credit card with them. It turned out to be a duplicated payment from the hotel. Also, the personnel is not particularly service-oriented. I enquired about purchasing a birthday cake from the hotel for my friend's birthday (he is staying at the same hotel). However, the staff told me that I needed to approach the grocery store directly. Their opening hours are 10am., and I've already left for my appointment. They refused to leave a note with the grocery store and insisted that I handle it myself.

优点： The room is comfortable and large. Nice view.

评价： 酒店位置优越，门口就是机场大巴的车站，大概步行几百米就是东国大学地铁站，办理入住的工作人员也很认真，房间大虽然有点陈旧但是维护的不错，下次还会入住

优点： Comfortable, excellent care of details, good food. We had a wonderful time, would recommend.

优点： I book hotels based on good reviews, very few times goes wrong this is one of them.rnI messaged to hotel request an early check in (before 2pm) and the hotel respond back.rnWhen we were arrived at hotel around 9am. 2 male receptionists have no ideas about my request and minimum help given. They checked us in but won’t give us the room key until 1:30pm or a full day rate applies. We decided to move to a different hotel after 2 nights stay. We arrived in 3 hours before their check in time and they gave us the room key without any problem. rnBecause of protests, all the hotel in Seoul are even not half full. In my opinion only take a couple of careless staffs ruined our experience.rnBathroom pocket door and skirting boards were dusty in the room. I’m questioning the cleanliness in this hotel. rnSeoul has so many nice hotels I would not recommend Ambassador.

评价： Decent stay, room was spacious and comfortable, however, shocking that we could totally hear the next door’s conversation when they were not even shouting. Breakfast was a spread and staff are friendly. There are some restaurants nearby and subway was a walk distance but we took taxi most of the time for convenience.

评价： Yep!! everything looks fantastic, beautiful hotel , lovely view, top class service frm staff, nice and very walkable to train station about 4-5mins easy walk to Dongguk Univ station ( 2 stop away to myeongdong) HOWEVER the problem is when you want to come back to the hotel, its UPHILL back frm train station to hotel, its a struggle with stroller lol

评价： 직원분들이 다들 마음의 여유가 없는듯 합니다. 프론트 직원분께 객실 인원이 4명이라 키를 2개 더 요청드렸을 때, 주차에 대해 문의 했을 때 n아주 기본적인 질문들을 드렸음에도 n돌아오는 답변이 기분이 묘하게 상했습니다. n주차 문의드렸을때 “됐어요.”라는 답변을 받고는 5성급 호텔이 맞나 싶었어요. 상황별 안내 멘트가 전체적으로 부족해 보였습니다. 모든 직원에게 느낀 부분이고, 참고로 저는 친절한 손님입니다.
