评价： The place is good for kids even though the pool is not big. We found many various food
优点： The room was spacious. nBedsheets and towels met my expectation. nStaff was very responsive on my note which was highly appeciated.❤️
缺点： If I may say, the pillows are just too hard for us. Perhaps they are ok for others, but I guess the feathers pillows would be preferrable😍😉
评价： ok
优点： Friendly staff
缺点： We got sick from air conditioning. Also the room freshener is way too strong.

缺点： Spa is not value enough
评价： Great staff hospitality and attitude. What was lacking is family room or connecting rooms. the swimming pool is small but nice for kids. nthe breakfast options and taste is great.
优点： The room was spacious and very nice. This was a free room upgrade which I received at check in. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
缺点： N/A
评价： comfortable stay
优点： - Good location (near Alun Alun Selatan)n- Not too far from Malioboro street, Keraton and Prawirotaman, you can take Grab car or becak to get there
缺点： Nothing
评价： see before
优点： The breakfast was good and the location was in the city!
缺点： Everything! The room was dirty: stained and dirty sheets and towels. The floor was full of dust and hair from previous guests. There was mold in the showers. The shower hanger which was located on top of the toilet came off as soon as we entered the room. I called the receptionist and asked for towels and an engineer to fix it. They sent towels and someone to clean the room, followed by an engineer to fix the towel rack. The rack was not fixed and came off as soon as the engineer left. He also left the bathroom floor muddy. I asked them to change my room and they never did!nnThe service was terrible. They were slow and unresponsive. The corridors were hot, there was noise everywhere, all the time. Fortunately we were just there for few hours every night, otherwise the stay would have been unbarable
评价： Hotel is what you can expect.nEverything in order as it should be. Very recommandable.
缺点： This hotel is not located in the Malioboro area as mentioned in the hotel name. Please be honest and don’t lie in your advertising.
