评价： Room not very clean. Door took two minutes to unlock after continuous beeping, reported this to reception nothing was done about it. Whoever the neighbour is broadcasts not sure if it’s the news at high volume over speakers in the evening and it happened from 5 - 6 am next morning. Not the way you want to be woken up.
优点： Nothing special. Calm area. Walking distance to river side 10-12 mins
缺点：
Too hard to communicate with stuff, no english.
I didnt have water first couple of hours, told them, after it worked , but i didnt get the reason till now. 😁
评价： TBH we changed hotels in Hoi An for the pool. Ground floor room with a patio, lots of privacy. Great place to chill.
优点： Good handy spot.
缺点： Some laundry items went missing. Rooms could have been a bit cleaner.
评价： Good place with reasonable prices. Safe location for a family.
优点：
the staff were super helpful throughout our stay, providing us with cutlery/soap refills etc that we needed.
the price of the car from danang that they arranged was also really affordable, it was VND280 000 for a larger car as we had lots of luggage (better price that we could find on grab).
the location is also great, super near to the old town and one street away from a really good banh mi place/food street
缺点：
perhaps is because of the climate/rain but there were often ants in the room. the first night we were there we noticed a bunch crawling around (the staff was helpful in mopping the floor again which cleared them out). but during our few days stay, one or two stray ants were still noticed.
the hotel overall probably does need some maintenence as well.

优点： The beds were comfortable and the location was close to the busy area in Hoi An
缺点： We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. No one helped us with our luggage and the hotel airport pickup driver just left our luggage on the street and left when it was raining heavily. The rooms are dusty, water leaks from the toilet faucet when you use it. Leaks is putting it mildly, the water fills the bathroom. Rooms on the 2nd floor have a damp smell when you enter. Lizards are everywhere in the room. So if you’re scared of them look for a hotel elsewhere. We arrived at 10:30 pm and only one staff was available for the time of check in. After that if you require anything you will have to search for the staff. The staff was not very friendly and rude most of the times. They avoid facing complaints by using the excuse of not understanding English. So when we use translate even then they are not very accommodating. I had to change the room and moved to the 3rd floor. No damp smell there. We didn’t feel welcomed in this hotel and was relieved to leave the hotel. The breakfast is pretty bad. Cold food and coffee as a stand fan is pointing at the food always, probably trying to shoo off flies. All in all a lot of improvement is required. I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay here. One more thing.. the safe in the room doesn’t work.
评价： This is a great location and value for money. Easy walk to old town. Nestled in a quiet street in the heart of Hoi An, I was surprised to not hear any car or motor bike sounds at night, absolute silence. Be wary, my room was very close to the pool, which was beautiful to look at, but afternoon naps might be spoilt by children enjoying a swim.
优点： We loved the location. Room serviced daily.
缺点： Pool was a bit cold. There was ants in the cereal. Quality of hot food at breakfast could have been better.

评价： Location is right outside the old town in a side alley, quite convenient. Half the staff speaks English. We had the room with terrace which was so-so. Low pressure in the shower but bed was great. Overall good value for the money, but the optional breakfast wasn’t worth it.
优点： I don’t like it, property need to be maintained and to be clean furniture is old. A lot of gecko in the building, looks like an old apartment for old people.
缺点： I hope they do better with the property , very old building style and furniture are old.

缺点： Pool opening at 6.30 is too early as all rooms surround pool. Should include breakfast. No drinks service. Vietnam hotels could make so much more money if staff came around and offered drinks at the pool. Male housekeeping staff smoking while he cleaned rooms. Can’t use credit card to pay for room
评价： First viet hotel i stayed in! Decent but interior room is abit run down but overall good stay:)
优点：
The Central location was easy to walk to the river and into The Old Town.
The Pool was mostly shaded which made it really comfortable to be in and around.
缺点： Having a pool view room was great, but it lacked privacy due to the balcony location and the way the halls run.
