评价： Good location but whatever we ask they don’t have…

优点： Very pathetic ! Disaster its a scam actually they will knowingly dnt provide u towels nd slippers nd then charge you after saying u have left sumwhere nd all … we were there fr three night s as we booked prior on booking.com nd paid on checkin so was been inable to left as we have a family of six person but in thise three days we saw a fight with the customer in daily basis with one or the other .. very poor services .. very unhelpful staff nd the sont help u at all in any condition else the will scam you in any possible way … plz dnt visit their or else u will face the same.. they also attacked a foreigner family video attached plz stay away from this property Property is good nd very nice but .. not maintained properly at all … its a old property …

Certain lights not fixed in, smelly, towels yellowish, soundproof very bad, no cleaning for toilet especially the mirrors, table are dusty, chair broken. Really not worth the money that paid for. Have you ever experience changing 3 times of room still can’t satisfy

评价： Stayed at Temple Da Nang Resort for 5 days and 4 nights in a sea-view room. The resort is quite old, with outdated furniture, faded towels, and a bed made by combining two single mattresses, which couldn’t be replaced with a queen or king. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. While the sea view and sound of waves were beautiful, opening the balcony door invited mosquitoes. The resort offers only YouTube on the TV with no channels available. It is far from the city center, with limited nearby dining options, which can be inconvenient during rainy weather. However, it features a swimming pool and is close to the beach, making it suitable for beach lovers who don’t mind basic facilities.

优点： everything was perfect, except breakfast,
there is no meaning of breakfast if you are Jain or even vegetarian,
We are Jain from Community and we were 16 people including kids.
Still No Jain Breakfast Provided, We just had Coffee there and after request they provided some fruits,
Bread and all other things Made with eggs.

评价： Booked here for two nights but last minute changed my booking. We did not stay here so I can't coment on staff and rooms themselves. But walked around grounds and buildings, it looked neglected and abandoned, grounds not maintained and buildings run down. Even the entrance was uninviting, would have definitely not liked staying there looked nothing like the photos..😬🤬

优点： There was nothing good about this property we were uncomfortable and the staff does not listen to your concerns.

评价： The staff is out of control, they can only contact their manager via email, so the whole place is a mess, no one is controlling the staff!! You end-up to become their manager, and spend a big part of your time at asking and re-asking few times what they have to do… I had to “fight” for so many basic things, it was a bit painful, and you can’t get refunded, neither complain online! Also, the staff is eating the customer breakfast, no managers, so they do whatever they like! No water pressure and no hot water…
The whole place is falling in part, it seems that the management is out of money, and can’t maintain it anymore…
I recommend to pick another accommodation…

优点： There was no toilet papers kept in toilet.
Response from reception or any staff was too worse.
Overall hospitality was worst ever I've experienced in whole Vietnam.
Nice ambience.
But overall not worth for money.

评价： Derelict, dirty, stinks. Lack of any management on site. Non smoking rooms that have clearly been smoked in. Lack of assistance from Agoda to get refund. Reviews on site are clearly fake. The page says 'newly refurbished' which is a lie. The buildingis basically derelict with absolutely no work having been done to it in years. We spoke with other guests when we decided not to check in who also felt like they were scammed and unable to get their money back. Do not make a mistake of booking this place.

评价： There are photos on the ad that is no longer visible on the resort. Breakfast only last for 2 hours only. If you’re late for a couple of minutes you won’t get any breakfast.
