评价： Wifi was very patchy and unstable in room, water pressure was low and temperature was difficult to regulate so needed to constantly adjust while showering. Breakfast was very basic with limited choice, I would not agree that it is good value for money unfortunately.

优点： This property is such a little treasure with the kindest, most helpful people managing it. Our three night stay was our favorite part of our two week trip to Vietnam, and I wished we had stayed a longer portion of our trip here. Our accommodations were quaint, clean, and warm spirited. The grounds are lovely (pretty koi fish & tropical foliage abound). The location is a balance of a quiet area that has walkable food and amenities, but also, with a short car ride, you have the fun of Hoi An. Enjoy the sound of the ocean, and you can indulge in the cheapest spa service (as per US prices at least). And thank you, Van, who at the end of our stay noticed I forgot my glasses and a small souvenir, and she helped arrange to have them deliver to my next hotel!

优点： The staff were excellent - helpful and cheerful, and went that extra mile to make sure that the guests had a good holiday. The massage was very relaxing and the location was quiet, away from the main An Bang area and closer to Hidden Beach. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

优点： A very nice place next to the ocean. Friendly staff and great service. This is a place that I for sure will return to. Easy to reach Hoi An with bicyles. Extra star for the.breakfast menue, I love it.

评价： It was the 2nd time I went there the owner of the homestay always warm welcomes guests. Clean and crystal water.

优点： Quiet neighborhood as it is a little bit far (~15 mins by car) from the center of Hoi An. Clean room, friendly staff, nice view of the sea, delicious breakfast and coffee, laundry service, minibar in the room. Help in organizing programs, daily trips.

优点： Staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately during our stay beach was not accessible due to heavy rain and the hotel was fixing access. Nice breakfast and rooms were very nice and comfortable.

优点： The personnel made an upgrade for us (thank you very much). I can't imagine if we lived on the 1st floor... Wi-fi was good. Coffee and breakfast were good.

评价： The most beautiful little homestay on the beach. The staff were so friendly and attentive! The room was beautiful, with a sea view and balcony. The breakfast was delicious too and came on time everyday. We loved our stay here, the beach was much quieter than the entrance of an bang beach. The free bicycles were great too. The food they can order from the nearby restaurant was delicious too! We would love to return here, it’s been the nicest place we’ve stayed on our travels for sure!

评价： It was a pleasure to stay at Tan Thanh Garden Homestay. My garden view room was nice and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. The property leads directly onto the beach, and while it was raining heavily during my visit, it would've been nice to sit at the tables in the garden having breakfast and watching the sea. The staff and family were incredibly lovely and when I left at 7am, they had prepared breakfast, coffee and juice to go and came out to say goodbye. I definitely recommend staying here!

优点： Very nice place. Located on the beach (but during our stay due the weather conditions swimming was not permitted). Rooms very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable, breakfast simple, but very tasty. The staff, especially Thao, was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood very calm (opposite to the city center) with a few good restaurants where you can eat dinner in reasonable price. 10 min by Grab to the City Center (around 60000 dong). Highly recommended place!
