Sukses Selalu

Great staff and customer service. A comfy stay overall. Very safe.

Location is great, closes to everythingnHousekeeping is good. Receptionist people, Please you need to get more training for customer service..

The staff were all very kind and allowed us to view a room prior to paying and booking. The reason for this was due to the first hotel booking literally being a scam entity and stealing our money. It was 12am and we were in a foreign country and city trying to find appropriate accommodations. This hotel came through for us and without complaint!
