评价： Bagus bersih, tp hotel sebagus itu kalau gada smart TV sayang bgttt :'). Boleh di tambahin lagi yaa untuk smart tv di setiap kamar nya supaya uang nya ga sayang hehe

缺点： The water at Hotel not good , need too filter

缺点： When I stayed there was a meeting and a lot of people and cars so the car I used, couldn’t Park supposed there is a car Park for customers who stay there.

优点： Staff was amazing and helpful. Lot of parking area and tha coffee was good
缺点： Room facilities was so so because they don't have the chiller. They said mini bar but not cold at all. Breakfast variance not good enough but the taste was good

缺点： The gym was unavailable because of some gathering. This facility is advertised therefore should be made available...otherwise the rooms are very spacious, clean and confortable and the staff very friendly
评价： I stay in this hotel with 3 group family, we are surprise and happy with big size bed, great view (we can enjoying sea view from our room), good staff hospitality and service (special thanks for Tommy and Desty). Great breakfast and we are enjoying our family holiday at Swill Bell Hotel.

评价： Ini Uda kedua x nginap di swissbel krn kamarnya luas & bersih bgt ..Kmrn booking 2 mlm rupanya ac kmr kurang dingin, akhirnya di upgrade kmr sm manager hotel Pak Renaldi Teruna Jaya pindah ke kmr royal suite... Terima Kasih banyak bs rasain kmr Royal Suite free.. intinya service & staff di hotel ini bnr2 bagus & ramah...cahaya dlm kmr jg cukup terang,ada meja rias krn sy org yg make-up an, tp sayang ga ada kulkas, manatau kedpn bs ada kulkas di kmr...sy pst akan balik lagi..
评价： Kamar tidak bersih, debu semua dimana2, setelah lihat staff cleaning nya cuma pakai sapu aja bukan vacuum cleaner nnBreakfast tidak terlalu banyak variasi,rasa lumayan, nnHotel yang kurang berkesan
