优点： Nothing to like, it is old and so dirty. It is an embarrassment to the Swiss Belhotel brand

评价： Non smoking room but the room smells of smoke residue. Got move to another room with connecting door. In several occasion during my stay, once again somebody beside my room smoke. Should make a better policy which floor can be smoking room. And which can't

评价： I had a truly disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon checking in, the room I had reserved was unavailable, and I was given a much cheaper alternative. The room was dirty, noisy, and poorly maintained. The elevator was tiny and took forever to arrive, which was incredibly frustrating.nnAs if that wasn't bad enough, my experience continued to worsen the next morning. The breakfast room was overcrowded, and by 8:30 AM, many of the food items had run out with no replenishment in sight.nnGiven the poor service, lack of basic amenities, and overall unpleasant atmosphere, I highly discourage anyone from staying here. I will definitely be avoiding this hotel for all future trips.

评价： Sudah tidak terhitung kami menginap di sini,,,lokasi tengah kota, ke mall hanya jalan kaki bahkan ada akses yang bisa tembus ke mall.nmakanan banyak jenis, kolam renang sebelahan dengan resto nya jadi sambil makan bisa sambil temani anak berenang.nanak-anak juga selalu minta menginap di sini kalau pas lagi ke samarinda.
