斯威特梅莫里斯维拉-会安 (Sweet Memories Villa - Hoi An)

评价： Останавливался в этом отеле на 1 ночь в Хойане. Брал общие места, т.к. планировал бОльшую часть времени гулять. Комната просторная, чистая. Имеются металлические локеры с ключом. Полотенце выдают. Интернет быстрый. Жить и работать отсюда без проблем. Потрясающая владелец Тинь все рассказала, ненавязчиво предложила услуги, ответила на все вопросы. До старого города рукой подать. При этом отель располагается на тихой улочке. Соот-но под окнами нет постоянного трафика. Из небольшого минуса - душ+туалет находятся прямо в комнате, соот-но ночью желательно не шуметь, чтобы никого не разбудить. Отель рекомендую. Это классное место за адекватные деньги рядом со старым городом со всем необходимым. Рекомендую!

评价： Amazing value for the money. Its clean and the stuff is amazing. Breakfast was included and was really tasty. Location is also very good as you are just a few minutes from the old town.

评价： Prior to our visit, Tinh contacted us through Agoda and checked if we require pick-up and she could do that for us. The pick-up from Danang Airport to the hotel is VND 300,000. The driver was very punctual and held up a cute board to welcome us.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by Tinh, and she even sent me a list of recommended restaurants to try the local cuisine. She also added us on WhatsApp just in case we needed additional help.

The busy area was about 5-10minutes walk from the hotel and there’s an Indian restaurant just outside of the hotel.
Lift is available at the premises.

评价： The best customer service out of all the hotels I’ve ever tried in vietnam. The reception lady was so nice and speaks fluent english she’d even help you with your itinerary if you are out of ideas on what to do in hoi an/danang. The breakfast is also sooo good even though the menu is limited but that’s perfectly fine as everything tasted good. Would def come back here for the next time I stay in hoi an again!

评价： I booked and paid for a 4-bed shared room that looked clean and comfortable in the photos, but I ended up in a room with 8 beds (and 2 more without mattresses), and a 'mattress' that was actually a futon—the kind that folds into three parts, like a camping mat. It was so thin that when I lay down, I could feel the wooden base of the bed.

The worst part was that the walls were covered in black mold, which is completely unhealthy. I couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with back pain. When I tried to address it with the receptionist the next morning, instead of apologizing or resolving the issue, she acted clueless and changed the subject by trying to sell me taxi services, massages, and tailoring.

I feel completely scammed. I paid for something entirely different than what I got, and not only was there no intention to compensate me, but the attitude was indifferent and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they urgently need to improve their facilities and customer service.

Cons : the floor is always damp but maybe its due to the monsoon season. And the shower water pressure at level 2 is low. The shower door is quite see thru
