优点： Hospitality from all hotel staff are superb,friendly,quick in action when guest requests, that excellent part.location are good near by mall and lot eatery site.
缺点： Bathroom and room not maintenance well although the hotel quite old.
评价： No bidet (jet shower) on toilet only ecowasher, if u need bidet for toilet ask to staff while check-in. Not all rooms are with bidet mostly ecowasher on toilet
优点： I like everything about my stay in Surabaya Suite hotel. The room was very large and the bed was nice.
缺点： A safe would be nice in this 4 star hotel and some outlets.

评价： Very old shower and furniture, if you just want to sleep this is fine, shower and toilets are very old and expired, the faucets are not working properly, no tooth brush or razors!! Only shower towel, no other items! Old beds. Rooms are not kept up to the TIMES!

优点： the room is big, staff super friendly. location is in the centrall of surabaya city.
缺点： some of the facility is too old and not working. tv and the remote for example, can't working. have to call the technician which didnt help a lot. no towel and have to call the housekeeping. no sandals, the bathtub water also has problem to clean up.

优点： The location is not bad
缺点： There is a strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel lobby, in the elevators and even on the non-smoking floor. nBut the worst of my experience were the cockroaches. It was not just one. The cockroaches live the rooms and feel themselves pretty comfortable there not being scared to walk on the furniture and your belongings daily. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Cockroaches in the towels. It is horrible. It was my fifth hotel in Indonesia and the first one which had a problem with cockroaches.
