评价： Short distance walk to shop and beach. Good facilities.

优点： The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Manager Hoàng Dung, who assisted me with following up on my booking tours and even contacted Viettel customer service when I had issues with the eSIM I purchased at the airport. The room was clean, although the building itself is a bit dated. The breakfast was decent, and considering the price, it was more than sufficient. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it's quite affordable.

评价： Good bed, shower, Aircon. Location close to quiet beach. Just a lack of power points in the room. Had to unplug TV etc to heat kettle. Fast WiFi. Nice sea views from the rooftop

优点： The room was spacious, clean, filled with amenities.
Scenic view of the mountains and ocean from our room. We stayed on the eighth floor. Very friendly staff. We had our laundry done there. Location was good with so many cafes, restaurants and spa on the same street. This is tge quieter side of DaNanh City and a lovely place to stay.

It was very good value for money.

评价： Very dirty in room floor (even after the re-cleaning that I requested for), the towel is brown, the water is blocked in the middle of the shower.

I recently booked a superior room at your hotel but realized afterward that I had overlooked the photos that the room does not have a window. This was my mistake for not carefully reviewing the photos during the booking process.
For future guests, as this can help avoid similar situations.

评价： The bathroom was dirty on the floor and the room had a lot of dust everywhere. The worst part was that the water stopped while I was doing the shower, which was because they forgot to open the van after the previous maintenance. They gave me a free breakfast as an apology but the "buffet" breakfast is very poor in quality as well. Observed terrible staff behaviours with other tourists. Fair price in terms of space size and location but I won't come back.

My stay at this hotel was generally positive. The room I was assigned matched the photos online, which was reassuring. I was particularly pleased with the reception staff, who graciously upgraded our booking to a family room. This was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The price of the room was reasonable, and the hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions. The reception staff were consistently helpful throughout my stay.
However, there is room for improvement in the housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, some aspects of the cleaning could have been more thorough. As I saw some dusts around the room area.
Although I enjoyed a good night's sleep, the family room, while spacious, did mean that some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. This is something to consider for light sleepers, although it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience.
Despite the minor cleaning issues and some noise transfer, my stay in this hotel was enjoyable, primarily due to the great location, and the unexpected room upgrade. With a little attention to detail in cleaning.

评价： Both our rooms were filled with mold, paint dust everywhere, dirty rooms , paint peeling off everywhere , very disappointed!!

优点： The staff were very friendly and efficient, because we were staying a few weeks they upgraded us to a bigger room, no extra charge to make our stay more comfortable. It was so nice to see smiling faces all the time, nothing too much trouble for any of the staff, ever so helpful. Bed was very comfortable,, room cleaned and clean towels every day. there was a wide choice of food for breakfast, something for everyone . Location was good, plenty of eating and coffee places just outside. I would recommend this hotel highly, a great place for a holiday, you would have to go a long way to find better. 评价： Nearby everything. Highly recommend rent a motorcycle go around. Driving in Vietnam quit dangerous. But here it a tip. Looks forward and go around each other. You're will be fine.
