STAY hostel 2 - 350m from the ferry

评价： I've visited this place twice. Everything is very okay, the staff is polite and very helpful.

评价： Well renovated hotel that has everything you need although the rooms are a little smaller than average. Yen on reception was fantastic with reorganising our stay and booking bus tickets. Would happily stay again.

优点： Location is perfect for the ferry but also for food+drinks and huge supermarket next door. Staff was really friendly and welcoming, check-in and out was quick and efficient. Room basic but clean and had aircon. The hostel is decorated in a bright and modern style, which gives a nice vibe. Good value

优点： The hostel located in the city center, 350m from the ferry, too convenient to go to islands like Nam Du, Phu Quoc, Hon Son… The opposite side was a supermarket where you could buy stuffs

优点： It was clean and comfortable. Well working AC. Very close to the ferry to Phu Quoc. Good communication with the staff.

评价： The room at this place looks good on first sight, but turns out not to be practical for peaceful sleep. Design was faulty such as the translucent glass door that lets light in from the hallway and the translucent tiles design on another side of wall which lets light in from the downstairs reception / kitchen area, and walls are not sound proof. Due to the poor translucent design, room was bright even with lights off as lights in other areas like hallway and downstairs reception / kitchen area was left on the entire night. Even though the hostel claims to be eco friendly, they kept all lights on entire night. Staff was requested twice to switch off the lights, and even when lights were dimmed, it was still very bright which makes hard for light-sensitive people to fall asleep. On top of that, people kept coming back throughout the night (1.20 AM, 3.30 am). We could hear someone ringing some doorbell, and we could hear the staff opening and closing the very noisy gate/ shutter, followed by the guests stomping on the stairs, talking loudly and closing room doors loudly and we even heard people watching movies or music until 5 am. We would not recommend this place for anyone who is light or noise sensitive as I am not considered a light sleeper and even I could not really sleep at all throughout the night. Management or owner needs to relook at some of the poor designs such as using a curtain to close off the translucent tiles to reduce light entering room and some curfew to avoid guest disturbance from returning past midnight and reduction of noise from closure of room doors.

优点： Clean hotel at a good location close to the ferry to or from Phu Quoc. Staff is nice and helpful.
