评价： The staff were lovely, very helpful. The pool was great, 10-15 minutes from everything but quiet enough to be relaxing too Will stay here again.

优点： Clean room, great quiet location outside of very busy touristy old town area. Very helpful family managing the accommodation arranged tickets, tours and transport for us. Great value.

评价： I’m 57 female just starting to travel solo. I heard about Starfruit villa from a friend I met during my travels. I loved the location it’s about 10 mins to the hustle and bustle of town. Staying in town is super busy so I’m glad I listened to my friend. It’s a family run hotel. As a solo traveller I knew I could count on them for emergencies. The location is close to the many biking trails in the rice fields. To get to the rice fields from the hotel is only about an 8 min ride and not so busy. It was a bonus to learn that they have loner bikes.
I filled my water bottle with the filtered water which is safe. During my stay I upgraded to the balcony room. I LOVED IT and for me I felt it was worth the money. I was on the third floor - for those with mobility issues request the ground level rooms.
I opted to forgo the breakfast package like I do in most hotels. However once I saw it being served to other guests i immediately regretted that decision! If you’re used to a western breakfast I highly recommend you include that in your package. People in Vietnam seem to eat the same foods for all three meals. Luckily for me they provided breakfast with a fee.

优点： Very comfortable beds and lovely staff. Great for us to be out of the old town and see a bit of normal life. Thank you too for the morning coffees :)

评价： This is my second time staying here, but this time instead of it being my honeymoon, we were here celebrating my wife's birthday with our 11 month old child. Though about a 10 minute walk from the old town, this homestay is definitely worth it. We came here 2 years ago and was still remembered by the owners. They made us feel comfortable at home and was our 11 month old enjoyed the stay. It rained the majority of the time but was still having breakfast on the pool side. I would recommend this for any traveler type. I look forward to coming back in 2 more years!

优点： we originally only wanted to stay for 4 nights, but extended our stay there because we liked the place so much. really nice and helpful host, location was great, rooms were nice, good price, ... . We had a really nice stay here!

评价： It takes 15 mins to walk to the old town but they have bycicles. Everythings is fine

优点： Very accommodating family working there. Pool and bedrooms are both clean aswell as being in a very central location but not too busy.

评价： we just stayed one night, and was perfect for what we need.... quiete, next to the center, comfortable and big bed ... nice swimming pool on the back yard...

优点： The room was bright and open, it was always very clean and it was nice and quiet.

评价： The homestay is centrally located to fruit markets, markets and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. It’s all walking distance and if you don’t feel like walking you can take a cab for a nominal fee. Best part is the vegetarian restaurant that is next door to the homestay. Food prices are reasonable and everything is so delicious. My group of friends and I had breakfast and most dinners at the restaurant. On my last day in Hoi An, I had to order 2 take out dishes to go.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They even arranged a private shuttle to Da Nang for our group.

优点： A great little homestay just outside the old town! Only a 15min walk to the river. The hosts were so kind and friendly, always had a smile on their faces and were ready to help us with any of our queries. Pool area was nice, quiet snd clean. The room was clean and spacious. We wish we could stay longer!

评价： Lots of stairs , building construction very loud every day but did stop when I said couldn't hear even a conversation . No coffee or tea in rooms , no door in bathroom , no blanket just sheet . You walk past their family kitchen to enter and exit . Had to ask for water , toilet paper etc . Pool area nice but water milky colour . Not close to Old town at all . Pros however were comfy bed , good wifi , modern bathroom. Receptionist lovely . Husband , wife - not and also charged for items not used . Had high hopes based on other reviews but not for me .

评价： Staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Provided a map and gave us tips on where to go and where to eat. They can organise tours and drivers. Free bicycles if you need. Easy walking distance to river and Japanese bridge. Room was large and had extra sitting area. We had triple room overlooking pool

Location: 10 min easy walk to old centre. Quiet and perfect to relax from the hustle and bustle, especially in the small but refreshig pool! Near plenty of eateries. Special recommendation: Rosie's Café.
Room: was in the room next to the pool. Great size. Separate toilet with door. Great separate shower with door. Hairdryer. No shower gel but shampoo and soap. Bed comfy. AC working well. Safe available. Power sockets and lights next to bed. Clean.
Kettle available but no complimentary coffee. Complimentary water as everywhere.
I didn't try the breakfast but I am sure it is very good.
Staff super friendly and helpful!
Really great place to stay, will stay here again when I am back in Hoi An. Thank you for the pleasant stay!
