About 15 minutes flat walk to old town which was exactly what we needed.mimimart nearby however if food other than local read you will need to walk to tourist area not far. Not much traffic to deal with whilst walking around.
AMENITIES
Room was as expected with everything working.Really cold fridge,safe in room,great A/C ,English channels.Pool great to cool off after walking around. Not made for sunbathing or chilling out and reading a book.
Breakfast great with buffet set if hotel busy or if not cooked to order.Great western selection eg omelets,bacon,toast juice and fruit etc.Vietnamese also available.
Staff super friendly with sound english at reception.Tours available via hotel to Ba Na Hills & coconut boats.transfer to danang via car 350k Vnd.
Good hotel for good price probably better than expectations. Would recommend

优点： Staff's behaviour.. Room was spacious...but washroom wasn’t so clean..other wise everything was good

A few niggles though.
No lift so would not suit those with any disabilities. A rooster and yappy dog in the building below.
Staff trying to up sell.

优点： The price was decent for 3 rooms. The staff were very helpful. Someone in my party brought an external computer keyboard for work, but it broke down. The front desk was able to lend him a keyboard for him to use. It rained one night we were there and the front desk lent us a couple of umbrellas to use. We forgot them in the car one night and they were fine with it. We did remember to return them when the car picked us up the next morning.

优点： Location was great being close to the Old Town. Breakfast was good but limited in choice. Room was booked with balcony which fronted a main room. This was somewhat noisey.

评价： Loved staying here and to be greeted with a smile from all staff. Most friendliest and helpful staff I’ve encountered on my travels. Location is perfect. Quiet area but still close enough to walk to the night market section. Tours booked through the hotel are reasonably priced. Rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. I will definitely be back. Thankyou Hao on front desk and all other staff for a pleasant stay. I will definitely be back.

评价： I dobt have the heart to ssy this but Hai Au Hotel and Spa needs msjor rennovation amd upkeep the staff are so kind and accomodating and they really tried so hard but the rooms given to us were really way below standards of upkeep and cleanliness we checked out after one night. Tjey also have to indicate no elevstor!

评价： I stayed here a few years ago and it was fine. Now, run down not clean, outlets didn't work. AC control near impossible to read etc. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

优点： Not “in” the “Ancient Quarter” but very, very close. A fine place to base out of. Didn’t even rent a scooter. Great value. We would book again.

评价： Great staff. Location is not too bad. If you are getting on in years like me and on the third floor. It is a struggle to climb the stairs as there is no lift.

优点： Nice central location and easy to walk to the heart of town. The staff gave outstanding service.
