评价： I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities of this hotel, as they are comparable to those of a beach resort. While the hotel does provide a tuk-tuk service to the main road, it would be even more convenient if they could arrange guest pick-ups from the beginning of the alley. This would be especially beneficial for guests who often have to carry heavy bags after using the MRT or BRT for transportation. As a result, it appears that the hotel may not be ideal for tourists who are primarily interested in shopping. I would like to express my gratitude to Fiat for his enthusiastic and helpful attitude.

评价： I returned to Thailand after 5 years and had a vacation with my family with young children and friends at the Aspira 12th Avenue hotel. This hotel is under renovation. Spacious rooms, fully equipped. However, everything looked old, the room had a slight musty smell. In addition, the wooden boards were somehow water-logged and warped in different areas. The windows had both broken latches that cannot be securely locked. Therefore it's very dangerous for small children because it is about the same height as a child's head. Breakfast includes basic dishes, but just enough for the day. You have to walk a bit far to get to BTS Asoke, besides the road is dusty due to surrounding constructions and has a lot of vehicles going in and out.

We told her that breakfast is included in the room rate, but she required us to confirm with front office. 评价： Hotel is not big and not very crowded so we appreciated the privacy. the garden and swimming pool are nice. room is reasonable. staff were polite. We would prefer having window to breeth fresh air from time to time.
