雅加达萨默塞特伯利安酒店 (Somerset Berlian Jakarta)

评价： Ruangan bersih, pelayanan sangat baik, security hingga staff sangat membantu dan ramah

优点： Value for money

评价： Book 2 apt for my whole family. The room is spacious, staff is friendly, the pool was very aesthetic and also is easy to check in. Will come back very soon

优点： The 3 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for a family of 5. There is a small convenience store in the basement which is nice. The location is good, nearby many malls. This was our 2nd stay. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space. Hotel staff is very friendly and was always helpful.

评价： Unfortunately, our recent staycation was below expectations. The building is quite old, and the condition of the room reflected that. Furniture was outdated with visible defects – for instance, the fridge couldn’t close properly and leaked brownish water, causing the floor to get wet. The table also had peeling wood.nnWe experienced long waits for the lift, which was inconvenient.nnAs for dining, we went to the restaurant on Day 1 around 4 PM, but most of the food was already gone with very little left to choose from. Breakfast the next morning was slightly better, though I’d rate it 4/10 – not many options available.nnA major concern was safety at the swimming pool. My child sustained a cut on the knee due to broken tiles on the pool surface. Within just 24 hours, I witnessed two children getting injured from the same issue.nnThe only highlight of our stay was the staff – they were kind, polite, and quick to respond.nnManagement really needs to address the restaurant service and, most importantly, the safety of the pool area.n

优点： Only parking is quite limited but its still okay, other things are great

评价： All good

优点： The facility is a bit outdated. Hotel management should

评价： Very recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

优点： There is everything for your long stay, ideal for long business trip. Mart and mall nearby is good. There is a pool, small gym and basket court for your relax time. The staff is supportive, Afita doing her great job to support us.

评价： Lokasi parkir di luar perlu jalan sekitar 5 menit, agak sulit jika hujan ( payung hrs menunggu bergantian ), jika pulang malam juga kuatir jln kaki sendirian dr parkiran ke hotel. Tdk ada valley. Hotel sdh perlu direnovasi baik lantai maupun furniture dan interiornya.

评价： Very suitable for family. The staffs are so friendly. Foods are delicious. Rooms are spacious and the best part they got washer and dryer that i didnt have to bring so much cloth from malaysia. Awesomeness

优点： the room is big, the swimming pool, the internet speed

评价： A cozy place for family staycation with slow living vibes

优点： Good staff, clean and comfort

评价： The indoor air quality and circulation in the apartment is not good. Make me sick. Feeling so tired because of lack of fresh air.

优点： the reception was very kind. The security was helpful

评价： Pertama, parkiran mobil kurang sehingga lokasi parkir di lapangan seberang jalan. nKedua, proses check-in lambat dengan alasan kamar sedang disiapkan.

优点： Wonderful staff and
