Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, nice view from balcony

缺点： Not very like the bedsheets
It has some strange smell (maybe from the washing powder), but i just put in washing machine.
Not many kitchen utilities ( basic) and it seems not very clean

优点： My booking at another place was cancelled unexpectedly and I booked this place in the afternoon, and they were very quick and handled my check-in at the same night after I arrived. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was big and fairly clean. I also liked the balcony and the washing machine.

缺点： There were occasional construction noises. Don't put sweets uncovered in the cabinet - there were ants (if you don't do that they won't appear, so it's fine). There was no suitable desk for working: tables either too short or too tall (I managed to made one higher, it was okay for me). They actually have different apartments so it depends. The first day I arrived they put me in an Apt that has a nice dinning table I could use to work, but they moved me to another one the second day. The second one was actually cleaner so the moving was fine for me. One last thing: there was no space in the building to keep the luggage (since it's not a hotel). They were so nice to offer their office as storing space, but that's in another district. So, plan ahead such that you don't need to store luggage.

优点： A beautiful building with many areas such as hotels, cinemas, poker rooms and a great swimming pool.

缺点： Very bad service and rude people
We couldn’t sleep from the sound of the air conditions
The shower is broken
Very dirty
The kitchen is plenty of sauce and insects
The smell of the apartment is terrible
Worst stay in my whole life

优点： Tenko was very helpful. Check in and out were smooth. Managed to get a unit with great view. Everything you need is within walking distance from the building. Definitely coming back 3>

优点： The apartment is spatious and the view from the 30th floor was fine. Also, the rooms were silent.

缺点： The pool, that is quite priminent on booking.com was not available for guests. The hosts offered a pool in another buidling, but did not actively provide any information on details. Also, the kitchn is poorly equipped and quite old, also not very clean. The mattress was very, very hard, so I slept on the sofa, which was ok (although not how it is supposed to work). Paying with credit card comes with 3% plus (often the case in Vietnam, just good the know). Centre is about 20 min to walk.
