评价： Hotel sudah tua, kasur bau apek sampe minta ganti. Tlpn tdk tersambung akhirnya nyari staff di koridor. Kaca banyak bercak. kursi sdh terkelupas. Bantal udh kempes. Staff standard ramah2 aja. Plus di lokasi saja

评价： First, the positives - I really enjoyed being outdoors in the lovely gardens and grounds and using the pool. This part of the experience was 9/10, and would have been a 10/10 if not for the rubbish lying around some parts of the grounds. Enjoying the birds, lawns, plants and lovely landscaping was a delight. I never had a problem having hot water for showers. However the room quality is nowhere near what one would expect for a hotel in that price range that is listed as 5 stars. The room was bland with no decor, furniture dated, in poor condition, scuffed and stained. Furniture was not the same as in the photos. The entire room was very dirty and dusty and when the cleaners came it was clear that no actual cleaning took place. Not only were there stains all over the aged carpet, walls, bed , AC vent and furniture, there was actual dust, sticky grime and spills everywhere that were completely ignored by cleaning staff. It was clear that the benches and surfaces were not even given a simple wipedown. The corners were littered with months worth of debris and dust. One of the two old pillows on the double bed smelled revolting and was unusable. This is not normal for a hotel in this price range in Manado. As other reviews have mentioned, service and hospitality was also lacking. No enthusiasm or information was provided by staff about facilities. There was no way that i know of to look at a menu for room service or know if advertised services such as bar and restaurant were running or not. Although it wasnt a complaint of mine, it is true as other reviews have noted that staff here either can not speak english or are very reluctant to. So if english speaking staff, welcoming hospitality and especially clean and comfortable rooms are important for you I would definitely recommend choosing a different hotel in this price range in Manado. I have stayed in several Manado hotels and all I have stayed in are superior to Sintesa Peninsula in these aspects.

评价： We had a superior room and the size was extremely generous (42msq.). Bed was comfortable and the glass desk with the 2 arm chairs a really nice addition to the room. Saying that the room was in dire need of painting and decorating. Bathroom was large and the shower nice and hot.nThe room has a little balcony from which the views are breathtaking.nStaff was nice and helpful and the breakfast very nice.nThe hotel has a nice swimming pool.
