优点： I had breakfast from my room and it was spectacular. The American style breakfast was good value for money.

评价： We needed some comforts after a few days in a underwhelming hotel in Danang city. This place was great and the staff very professional in resolving some backend issues with Agoda and the hotel.

优点： We had an amazing stay, it was so relaxing. The staff were amazing, super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, there was so much variety.
The room was spacious and we had the pool view. The bed and sheets were amazing, we were guaranteed an amazing sleep.

评价： Nothing bad to say. Typical Sheraton establishment with overly priced facility. Many other similar hotels in the area worth checking out also. Value for money is questionable.

优点： You get what you pay for. Sheraton as expected. Nice, simple and comfortable . Nothing is an issue. Always would come back here.

The on site Restaurant’s food let us down and the variety vs. price vs. expectations vs. quality of a 5 star resort - we would expect better.

Location is isolated so if you want to be in a resort you don’t have to leave then it’s fine. But if you want to get out and about - it would be better to be closer to the city Centre. There is only 1 shuttle in and out per day which could be increased.

We stayed 4 days and were ready to move on but very much enjoyed the comfort of our stay.

优点： Omg 😱. I can’t even think of the right words. Everything is 100/10 . The staff ( my favorite was Nghia , the guy recommended a lot of things and his English is perfecto . 👌

评价： We stayed in Suite room from 22 July, and it was the second time we stayed in Sheraton Da Nang so we knew what to expect. However, this time we were very disappointed with how the staff has been. Sheraton in Da Nang must be the only resort we have ever been could not help the guests to post a postcard. The staff mentioned that this was outside service so they need to charge us, which was fine to us, but they asked us to have cash. We asked them to charge to the room, but they refused. As I mentioned, this must be the only resort/ hotel in the world that couldnt handle such a simple request.
Not coming back

优点： Very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent

评价： Stayed here for 5 nights in a suite. The room was great, big comfy bed and quiet at night. Spent a lot of time by the pool and had various meals poolside, spring rolls, burgers and chicken....all good. Ate at 3 of the resorts restaurants and was happy with the food. Overall i would stay here again.
