评价： No doubt the staffs are very friendly. Buffet is good. nnOnly two things not up to my standard, no convenient stalls near by if you are hungry at night. nnThe carpet in the room looks dirty.

优点： Incredible service. Perhaps the best that I’ve had anywhere in the world. I had a travelers bug, so the accommodating in-room service was great. Staff even greeted me by name occasionally. Such HOSPITABLE & caring staff!

评价： Check in & check out process was fast & easy. I stay 2 nights for scientific meeting in Deluxe room king with my daughters, (without breakfast). We enjoy the gym facilities, the swimming pool was cool, my daughter tries the jacuzzi & sauna... All hotel staff are friendly to visitors.. overall we enjoy stay @ ShangriLa hotel Jakarta..

Special thanks to Charlote in horizon who helped us with late checkout so the kids can enjoy the pool longer, mas Eko & Robert also from horizon who always kind to welcome us with great services.

优点： We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Jakarta! The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special mention to **Murniati**, the hostess, who made us feel very comfortable. At the breakfast buffet, the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. I didn’t catch all the names, but many of the ladies went out of their way to take care of us.nnOur daughter came down with a cold during our stay, and to our surprise, the hotel has a small clinic with a doctor, which was really convenient and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for both its excellent service and comfort!

评价： A little disappointed at the standard of service, especially housekeeping. Toiletries were rationed to the minimal, literally need to “beg” for more shampoo and quality of toiletries were not matching with the hotel class
