优点： Great staff. Very personalized service. Everything was top notch.
缺点： Modern. Clean. Great location. Very well maintained.
优点： The location, the feeling of space and of course the beach and facilities. We had two events, National day and a pool party which were also great. nThe room was stunning and so well thought out
缺点： Firstly don’t let me comments detract away from what is an amazing property. I write this as a way of constructive comment only. It’s a great hotel overall and would have given 10 but for what is below. nnWe stayed for 7 days and loved it however the menu was limited with only one restaurant. The staff are very courteous and really do aim to make the stay as good as it can. They could benefit from some further training however as the attentiveness sometimes waned and they got distracted and so on occasion things too time to get.
优点： This is a little paradise. You wouldn’t want to share the address to make sure you keep it for yourself 😋. First of all, the staff was literally amazing. Everyone will do everything they could to make your stay memorable. The place is gorgeous, and we are keeping wonderful memories from Seven Secrets.nAll the family enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and tea time that were delicious. We’ve tested the spa and it was one of the best massage I had in my 5 weeks trip in Indonesia 😁. The room was cleaned twice a day. The beds are comfortable and the amenities were as described. nThanks for all the little touches and details. We’re looking forward coming back.
缺点： Dinner service was sometime slow, but we’ve had time to enjoy the view. Dinner is good but pricey compared to similar quality elsewhere in Indonesia. That said some beach restaurants are around and you could eat grilled fish 6 x less expensive if you’re not afraid to walk and eat with locals. -)
优点： Beautiful quiet setting beach is amazing staff is wonderful food was delicious
缺点： Seemed a little pricey for Lombok
