优点： The apartment receptionist is friendly and helpful

缺点： The Guest Service asked us to transfer Rp. 750.000 for the deposit. But until now, it has been 20 days, we have not received the refund. I have reminded the Guest Services twice, but seemed no positive response. Very disappointed for this services.
