优点： Very clean. Staff is friendly and resourceful. Location was not too busy or noisy.

优点： not too far from the city center and the riverside. one of the staff spoke reasonable english, while everybody else didn't.
缺点： the location is not the mosct scenic one, with a pile of rubble just on the door step of the hotel.

优点： The hotel was comfortable and secure. Within walking distance to the night market and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay.

优点： Close to restaurants, night market and not too far from downtown Ha Tien. Hotel was clean and staff was very responsive.
缺点： Room #201 on the top floor had air conditioner problem and could not cool down to desired temp all night. The shower area was very tight. Toilet seat will get wet after a shower. We reserved a family room with 4 queen beds and a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms were smaller than what we expected.

评价： Ga mền toilet đều sạch sẽ, phòng tôi đặt có cửa sổ thông thoáng, nhân viên cũng hướng dẫn tôi các nơi ăn uống và vài nơi tham quan. Nói chung giá cả dịch vụ phòng đều tốt
优点： nice new guesthouse. very clean with friendly staff. about 1 km from the riverfront so within walking distance.

优点： The location is great. It is near the harbor of Ha Tien, leading to Phu Quoc island. Also, it is near the market, or any other place in Ha Tien maybe because Ha Tien is quite small.
缺点： Sometimes the kids make noise, but it's Ok. Cos at night it's quiet, so we can sleep soundly and peacefully.
