优点： The apartment is very spacious. The apartment has a smart door lock, full amenities and is located in a good security area. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

缺点：
I lost my phone inside the flat. After chatting with my friends on phone, I fell asleep, and when I woke up, my phone had disappeared. The door code is known only to me and the owner, and I have never brought anyone to the flat. The strange thing is, how would a thief know when I was asleep to break in and steal my phone?
My phone is definitely missing inside the flat without any clear explanation. We searched thoroughly everywhere, and even the owner helped look for it, but we never found it. I already reported it to the local police, but they insisted that it couldn’t have been lost like this and suggested checking who knows the door code.
To me, this place doesn’t feel safe for keeping my belongings. Additionally, the flat is old, has cheap furniture, and the surrounding area is poorly maintained. For the quality provided, the price is not worth it.

缺点： Hard and confusing to access

优点： The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were bottles of water, enough for our family of 4. We made a late, last-minute booking, and the owner sent the information to find the apartment quickly. She met us when we arrived and helped us in.
缺点： I can't think of anything.

优点： not far from SECC and the receptionist is very nice .

The location is very convenient, near Cresent Mall, SECC,… The service is nice. People are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and has nice property.
I had a great day here. I’ll continue to stay here when I arrive Ho Chi Minh city next time.
